The Senior Analyst will support the Visa Currency Cloud group of regulated entities by creating insightful visualizations to enhance operational efficiency, customer experience and strategic decision-making within our regulated entity. This role requires a strong understanding of data analysis & data visualization tools. The Senior Analyst will be responsible for interpreting complex data sets, developing insightful reports and collaborating with compliance, legal and risk teams to promote a culture of compliance and risk management across the organization.We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Analyst to join Compliance Technology Operations (CTO) team which is part of the Global Ethics and Compliance organization.Responsibilities:- Design and develop dashboards/reports that display key risk indicators including transaction volumes, flagged activities and customer risk scores- Work with cross-functional teams to identify analytics needs and provide expert advice on data-driven strategies- Perform data testing to validate data accuracy, consistency and reliability before utilizing it in visualizations and reports- Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies through data analytics- Optimize and enhance existing visualizations for better performance and user experience- Ensure all analytics practices comply with relevant regulatory requirements- Identify and address anomalies in data that could impact the business and communicate the analytical findings to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner- Collaborate with IT, operations, and risk management teams to optimize data usageThis is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.QualificationsBasic Qualifications- 5 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or at least 4 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhDPreferred Qualifications- Bachelor's/ Masters degree in engineering, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, or related technical discipline- Minimum of 5 years of experience in data visualization and data intelligence- Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI or similar, and programming languages such as Python, R and SQL- Strong background in data analysis, visualization, and storytelling, with the ability to transform complex data sets into actionable insights and visually compelling narratives- Excellent knowledge of database management, data extraction and data manipulation skills- Excellent storytelling and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical audiences- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously- Experience in the financial services or fintech industry is a plus.- Open to work in a flexible schedule across different time zones- Knowledge of UX/UI principles to enhance user interaction with data visualizations- Understanding of AML and sanctions regulations- Familiarity with data warehousing and ETL processes,

- Analyze and resolve security challenges by adapting standard cyber threat management processes and exploring alternative approaches to address complex threats.
- Influence the quality, efficiency, and effectiveness of the team through informed decision-making, with a potential impact on other teams.
- Collaborate with key partners to gather and incorporate feedback, driving continuous improvements in cyber threat management.

The Apps Support Sr Analyst is a seasoned professional role. Requires good analytical skills in order to filter, prioritize and validate potentially complex and dynamic material from multiple sources. Strong communication and diplomacy skills are required. Regularly assumes informal/formal leadership role within teams. Involved in coaching and training of new recruits. Responsibilities:
- The Application Support Senior Analyst provides technical and business support for users of Citi Applcations. This includes providing quick resolutions to app issues, driving stability, efficiency and effectiveness improvements to help us and the business succeed.
- Maintains application systems that have completed the development stage and are running in the daily operations of the firm.
- Manages, maintains and supports applications and their operating environments, focusing on stability, quality and functionality against service level expectations.
- Start of day checks, continuous monitoring, and regional handover.
- Perform same day risk reconciliations
- Develop and maintain technical support documentation.
- Identifies ways to maximize the potential of the applications used
- Assess risk and impact of production issues and escalate to business and technology management in a timely manner.
- Ensures that storage and archiving procedures are in place and functioning correctly
- Formulates and defines scope and objectives for complex application enhancements and problem resolution
- Reviews and develops application contingency planning to ensure availability to users.
- Partners with appropriate development and production support areas to prioritize bug fixes and support tooling requirements.
- Participate in application releases, from development, testing and deployment into production.
- Engages in post implementation analysis to ensure successful system design and functionality.
- Considers implications of the application of technology to the current environment. Identifies risks, vulnerabilities and security issues; communicates impact.
- Ensures essential procedures are followed and helps to define operating standards and processes.

- 5-8 years experience in an Application Support role.
- Experience installing, configuring or supporting business applications.
- Experience with some programming languages and willingness/ability to learn.
- Advanced execution capabilities and ability to adjust quickly to changes and re-prioritization
- Effective written and verbal communications including ability to explain technical issues in simple terms that non-IT staff can understand.
- Demonstrated analytical skills

The Apps Support Sr Analyst is a seasoned professional role. Responsibilities:
- The Application Support Senior Analyst provides technical and business support for users of Citi Applcations. This includes providing quick resolutions to app issues, driving stability, efficiency and effectiveness improvements to help us and the business succeed.
- Maintains application systems that have completed the development stage and are running in the daily operations of the firm.
- Manages, maintains and supports applications and their operating environments, focusing on stability, quality and functionality against service level expectations.
- Start of day checks, continuous monitoring, and regional handover.
- Perform same day risk reconciliations
- Develop and maintain technical support documentation.
- Identifies ways to maximize the potential of the applications used
- Assess risk and impact of production issues and escalate to business and technology management in a timely manner.
- Ensures that storage and archiving procedures are in place and functioning correctly
- Formulates and defines scope and objectives for complex application enhancements and problem resolution
- Reviews and develops application contingency planning to ensure availability to users.
- Partners with appropriate development and production support areas to prioritize bug fixes and support tooling requirements.
- Participate in application releases, from development, testing and deployment into production.
- Engages in post implementation analysis to ensure successful system design and functionality.
- Considers implications of the application of technology to the current environment. Identifies risks, vulnerabilities and security issues; communicates impact.
- Ensures essential procedures are followed and helps to define operating standards and processes.
- Act as a liaison between users/traders, interfacing internal technology groups and vendors.

- 5-8 years experience in an Application Support role.
- Experience installing, configuring or supporting business applications.
- Experience with some programming languages and willingness/ability to learn.
- Advanced execution capabilities and ability to adjust quickly to changes and re-prioritization
- Effective written and verbal communications including ability to explain technical issues in simple terms that non-IT staff can understand.
- Demonstrated analytical skills
- Issue tracking and reporting using tools
- Knowledge/ experience of problem Management Tools.
- Good all-round technical skills

The IT Business Senior Analyst is an intermediate-level position responsible for liaising between business users and technologists to exchange information in a concise, logical and understandable way in coordination with the Technology team. Proven ability to manage multiple activities and build/develop working relationships
Proven self-motivation to take initiative and master new tasks quickly
Demonstrated ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines and approach work methodically with attention to detail
Education:
Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience

We are seeking an experienced ( 10+ years ) and highly motivated Assistant vice president ( AVP ) to join our Production/Application support team in a dynamic Fintech/Liquidity reporting environment. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of strong technical skills ( Unix, SQL, Big Data technologies ) and deep domain expertise in financial services
( e.g: Securities, secured financing , rates, Liquidity reporting , Derivatives , front office/back-office system , trading lifecycle )
This role requires someone who thrives in a high-pressure environment, can troubleshoot complex production issues, understands the full trade lifecycle, and can bridge the gap between critical business users and technical teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide L2/L3 production support for mission critical liquidity reporting and financial applications, ensuring high availability and performance.
- Monitor and resolve incidents related to trade capture, batch failures, position keeping, market data, pricing, risk and liquidity reporting.
- Engage with operations, traders, quants, development teams to understand and resolve production outages/issues.
- Proactively manage alerts, logs and jobs using Autosys, Unix tools, and monitoring platforms ( ITRS/AWP ).
- Execute advance SQL queries and scripts for data analysis, validation, and issue resolution.
- Support multiple applications build on stored proc, SSIS, SSRS, Big data ecosystems ( hive, spark, Hadoop) and troubleshoot data pipeline issues.
- Maintain and improve knowledge bases, SOPs, and runbooks for production support.
- Participate in change management and release activities, including deployment validations.
- Lead root cause analysis ( RCA) , conduct post incident reviews, and drive permanent resolutions.
- Collaborate with infrastructure teams on capacity, performance, and system resilience initiatives.
- Contribute to continuous service improvement, stability management and automation initiatives.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- 10+ Years of experience in application or production support with 2+ years at a lead level.
- Strong hands-on experience with.
- Unix/Linus ( scripting, file manipulation, job control)
- SQL ( MSSQL/Oracle or similar, Stored proc, SSIS, SSRS )
- Big Data technologies ( Hadoop, Hive, Spark )
- Job Schedulers like Autosys.
- Log analysis tools.
- Solid understanding of financial instruments and trade lifecycle ( Equities, Fixed incomes, Secured Financing, Derivatives, Liquidity management )
- Familiarity with CUSIP, ISINs and other instrument identifiers.
- Knowledge of front office/back office and reporting workflows and operations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills , with the ability to work in a time-sensitive environment.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills across business and technical teams.
- Experience with ITIL processes, including incident, problem and change management.
- Exposure to cloud platforms and containerization ( Docker, Kubernetes )

Job Overview
As a Brand & Innovation Senior Analyst at Burger King APAC, you will be responsible for partnering with internal & external stakeholders in the execution of regional marketing priorities. You will support in analyzing data, building brand & innovation strategies, product development, consumer research, and project management in the APAC region. - Codify best practices and guide franchisee teams on product innovation, product standards, and consumer testing
- Coordinate cross-functional alignment with internal partners (eg. Operations, Supply Chain, Quality Assurance) and work with external suppliers and agencies to test products, bring these to market or resolve issues with existing products.
