Key Responsibilities:

Advanced Support & Escalation Handling

• Serve as the escalation point for Level 1 issues related to Oracle database performance, security, storage, and availability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve critical issues including blocking sessions, memory leaks, data corruption, fragmentation, and performance degradation.
