SPORTS OPERATIONS & DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE
Essential Duties
To participate in the following committees, as well as to assist the General Manager in any other ad hoc tasks as assigned
Development of Hockey as a sport
- Promote the development of hockey in the community & the schools, enhancing participation, and creating a network of collaborators to increase hockey's presence in the community.
- Help put in place suitable programs for engagement in hockey, promote access to hockey programs breaking down barriers to participation

Workplan & Sports Administration
- Assist in the preparation the "MYSP" (multi-year sports plan) and annual operational plan in accordance with the requirements of SSC (Singapore Sports Council), as and when required.
- Assist in monitoring progress of the "MYSP", to ensure that KPIs are met.
- Ensure that all operations and procedures conform to the prevailing regulations, policies and guidelines issued by the Singapore Sports Council from time to time.
- Submit quarterly reports to SSC and the SHF on progress made in the specified areas of responsibilities.
- Responsible for the timely submission of reports and quality business information to SSC.
- Manage all facilities bookings made by the organisation
- Manage all travel and accommodation bookings made on behalf of the organisation
Public Relations & Marketing
- Help to uplift SHF's profile in the community
- Conceive & execute plans to publicize & market Hockey to schools, community organizations & potential sponsors
- Prepare publicity / communications materials & press releases, ensure that they fulfil SHF & sponsors' needs, and are rolled out on time.
- Coordinate the production and distribution of collaterals & marketing materials for major international tournaments, and help garner sponsorship
- Maintenance and Update for SHF Social Media Platforms
- To assist general admin executive on improvement of the Website, and ensure that it is regularly updated and monitored.
- Build a network of Key Stakeholders to support SHF, and maintain a database of sponsors & stakeholders
Supporting Executive and Sub-Committees' Work
- Providing support to sub-committees such as Executive Board, Youth Development Committee & Communications and Community Committee etc to help drive initiatives. Compliance
- Maintain and update record of register for inventories, stock take and assets.
Other Duties
