About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team. As a Specialty Chemicals Sales Professional, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and achieving revenue targets in the Asian markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and developing winning business strategies.
- Identify new sales leads and maintain a strong sales pipeline to drive new and profitable business.

Requirements:
- Diploma/ Degree in any Engineering field.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience, preferably in sales, in Additives field.
- Able to work independently as well as a good team player.
- Able to deliver presentations to a group of audience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
- Good interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven experience adapting to a challenging and fast-changing environment.
- Understand supply chain of additives products/services in regional setting an advantage.
- Willing to travel.
