Early Intervention Educator
Metta Preschool Punggol is an Early Intervention Centre that supports children under 6 with special needs such as autism, developmental delays, and speech or sensory challenges.
As an Early Intervention Educator, you will be part of a caring multidisciplinary team dedicated to helping each child reach their fullest potential in a structured and inclusive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver interactive lessons based on our early intervention curriculum
- Prepare and adapt learning materials to suit individual needs
- Track student progress and maintain records
- Collaborate with therapists on IEPs and goal setting
- Organize outings enrichment activities and classroom events
- Mentor new staff and interns through On-the-Job Training OJT
- Ensure compliance with ISO and NCSS/MSF standards
- Support other tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- Diploma in Early Childhood Specialist Diploma in Early Childhood Intervention preferred
- Experience in preschool or special needs settings is a bonus
- Patient passionate and team-oriented
- Strong in planning adaptable and eager to learn
Location: Punggol
Hours: Monday to Friday 8 AM – 5 PM / 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
