As the Pre-School Principal, you will be responsible for championing the cause of inclusivity, promoting diversity, equity, and access to high-quality education for children with diverse abilities.
Key Responsibilities include leading planning and implementation of school events/activities, including parent and community engagement activities, to ensure children of diverse abilities learn, play, and grow together. - Set up various platforms to engage and establish good relationships with parents and the community, lead in the planning and implementation of community projects to increase community engagement and awareness for the school.
- Drive Inclusion advocacy work, optimize use of school assets and resources to maximize operational efficiency, and ensure enrolment and revenue targets are met through coordinated marketing efforts.
