Lead the team in Student leadership, activities and records
Manage and mentor student clubs and international student chapters
Manage the growth and engagement of student leaders and student community
Manage the use of venue, loan of equipment and materials.

Provide regular training i.e. every quarter to Country Managers to build rapport and seek feedback for the services provided
Attend students’ queries and feedback via various communication channels and face to face interactions in a timely manner.
Lead the team in ensuring the relevant student visa are arranged and renew on a timely manner
Manage vendors providing off-site services for VISA processing and meet & greet services
Manage Student Success Office (SSO) orientation briefings for full-time cohorts
Others
Any other ad-hoc duties as required by the company from time to time.
Requirements
Degree/Diploma holder with managerial experience
Strong event management/leadership skills with ability to multi-task.
Enjoy working with youths from different cultural backgrounds.
Proactive team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Relevant experience in a Private Education Industry environment would be an advantage.
Willing to work after 6pm and weekends where needed. Time off will be given accordingly.

The Student Services Officer provides administrative support for assessment processes, students' results and appeal management, and academic progression. This role ensures compliance with academic and assessment policies, coordinates examinations, manages student results and appeal records, and supports academic staff and Unit Coordinators in their duties, especially in managing the marking and moderation process.
- Assessments and Progressions: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of examination systems, policies, and procedures. Oversee the organisation, scheduling, and security of assessments and exams, ensuring appropriate provisions for students with special requirements. Create progressive assessment schedules and coordinate invigilators and exam logistics.
- Student Management: Advise students on course requirements and academic and assessment matters, and manage requests for paper reviews, deferred assessments, and extensions. Handle cases of appeals, and academic misconduct and provide support to students at risk by referring them to appropriate academic resources.
- Marking and Moderation: Organise and monitor the marking process, ensuring timely distribution of feedback and results release to students. Manage assessment moderation in accordance with partner policies and coordinate the release of results within deadlines.
- University Procedures: Ensure student academic progress complies with regulations. Assist in preparing and attending Board of Examiners meetings and produce necessary reports.
- Other Duties: Perform ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Senior Manager (Academic), contributing to the overall functioning of the Office of Pro Vice-Chancellor.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Degree/Diploma in Business Administration/Relevant Discipline
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and preferably with experience in student information systems or customer relationship management tools.
