- Attend students' queries and feedback via various communication channels and face to face interactions in a timely manner.
- Lead the team in ensuring the relevant student visa are arranged and renew on a timely manner
- Manage vendors providing off-site services for VISA processing and meet & greet services

Requirements
- Degree/Diploma holder with managerial experience
- Strong event management/leadership skills with ability to multi-task.
