Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Data Science, Industrial Engineering, Quality Engineering, or related field
• Preferably 5 years' semiconductor working experience in Quality Control Assurance field or related experience, related to Semiconductor Manufacturing or wafer industries
• Strong knowledge of statistical methods: SPC, DOE, hypothesis testing, regression, ANOVA, capability analysis, sampling plans.
• Understanding of 5 Core Tool (APQP,PPAP,FMEA,SPC,MSA) will be an added advantage
• Certified Six Sigma Green Belt / Black Belt

Overview
A LAB Process Engineer is responsible for developing, optimizing, and maintaining laser bonding processes—especially in high-precision, high-reliability Advanced Packaging application for Chip-to-Wafer or Chip-to-Substrate bonding.
Key Responsibilities
Process Development & Optimization: Develop, implement, and optimize laser-assisted bonding processes for product packaging, advanced interconnects, or micro-assembly, including recipe creation and parameter optimization to achieve maximum yield, quality, and throughput.
Scale-Up & Qualification: Qualify new laser bonding processes from R&D to high-volume production, working with both development and production teams.
Equipment & Program Management: Specify, program, and refine laser bonder equipment and processes, ensuring the right hardware and software configurations for various substrates and products.

The Quality Control (QC) Supervisor for Mechanical will support Site Management Team in monitoring quality and compliance throughout the construction of a Power Plant project located in Jurong Island. Reporting to the QA Manager and working closely with the Mechanical Manager, the QC Supervisor for Mechanical is responsible for overseeing the mechanical execution works performed by the EPC contractors, ensuring strict adherence to contractual quality requirements, engineering specifications, applicable codes, and international best practices.

• Conduct site inspections, audits, and tests to verify that mechanical installations and repairs adhere to design technical specifications, codes, and quality standards
• Ensure all mechanical work complies with relevant industry codes, project specifications, company policies, and contractual obligations
