Accounting and Financial Management

• Prepare management accounts for Business Development activities, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets and cash flow management
• Preparation & Review of Annual Budget
• Actual vs Budget analysis of business development activities
• Responsible for management of the loans from Banks (project finance)/Shareholders.
• Dealing with Financial group company / Bank / Lenders.
• Assist in Financial arrangement and documentation
• To ensure all necessary payments such as Opex, Management fee and Loan repayments are made in a timely manner
• Contractual requirement managements (Facility agreement, Shareholders Agreement, Management Agreement etc, depends on the nature of the project)

• Review work practices and procedures for better operational efficiency
• Any ad-hoc duties as assigned by the superior and Management

Project Support

• Verify the accounting method and for each project with accounting team and auditor
• Verify the taxation matters for each project with accounting team and tax consultant
• Assist in project profitability evaluation and financial assessment
• Assist in accounting and financial management for projects in various countries of Southeast Asia and Oceania.
• Any other adhoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Business, Economics, Law, Account or equivalent qualification.
• Possess a minimum 3 years working experience in Commercial, SPC (Special Purpose company) management, accounting and/or financing.
• Proficient in use of MS office applications
• Experience in shipping industry is beneficial
• Experience in management of project finance is beneficial.

Position Summary

The Quality Assurance (QA) Supervisor is responsible for overseeing inspection activities to ensure timely and accurate delivery of materials and products that meet quality standards.

Candidates with experience in the semiconductor industry are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Plan, lead and supervise team of QA inspectors overseeing daily QA operation activities.
• Provide all support related to inspection results, daily output, and other related documentation.
• Ensure raw materials, components, and finished products are inspected in accordance with specifications and quality requirements.
• Assist Quality Engineers in the deployment of work instructions and training of new hires.
• Timely and accurate reporting of non-conformance.
• Participate in root cause investigations and troubleshooting activities as needed.

Requirements

• Diploma in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
• At least 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in semiconductor manufacturing environment.
• Proficient in interpreting technical drawings, specifications, and illustrations.
• Skilled in performing inspection or measurement under microscope and use various metrology tools for inspection.
• Familiar with use of instruments like micro-meter, vernier, profile projector and other measuring and test equipment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Windows applications and email communication.
• Experience with CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machines) is an advantage.
• Perform shift work & support over-time when required
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams.

Laser-Assisted Bonder (LAB) process engineer

Location: Admiralty
Working Days: 5 Day A Week

Overview

A LAB Process Engineer is responsible for developing, optimizing, and maintaining laser bonding processes—especially in high-precision, high-reliability Advanced Packaging application for Chip-to-Wafer or Chip-to-Substrate bonding.

Key Responsibilities

• Process Development & Optimization: Develop, implement, and optimize laser-assisted bonding processes for product packaging, advanced interconnects, or micro-assembly, including recipe creation and parameter optimization to achieve maximum yield, quality, and throughput.
• Scale-Up & Qualification: Qualify new laser bonding processes from R&D to high-volume production, working with both development and production teams.
• Equipment & Program Management: Specify, program, and refine laser bonder equipment and processes, ensuring the right hardware and software configurations for various substrates and products.
• Troubleshooting & Support: Troubleshoot laser systems and bonding processes; analyze and resolve yield, quality, and reliability issues in collaboration with operators and maintenance teams.
• Continuous Improvement: Lead initiatives to improve yield, cycle time, and cost—using data-driven methodologies such as SPC, DOE, and Six Sigma tools (like PFMEA).
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of process parameters, recipes, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and results for compliance and technology transfer.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with R&D, operations, maintenance, and quality teams; provide technical training and support for process implementation and equipment operation.
• Safety & Compliance: Ensure adherence to laser safety regulations and best practices in a laboratory or production environment.
• Customer & Project Support: Provide technical insights and support for customer programs, NPI (new product introduction), and technology upgrades as needed
• Laser Maintenance & Calibration (Good-to-have): Perform regular maintenance, alignment, and calibration of laser bonder equipment to ensure optimal performance and process reliability. Develop preventive maintenance schedules and conduct root-cause analysis for equipment issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–5 years of hands-on experience in design and development of equipment's or semiconductor packaging or advanced interconnect processes.
• Experience with Laser Assisted bonding technologies is highly preferred. Familiarity with laser or optical systems is necessary.
• Familiarity with bonding equipment and analytical tools (X-ray, SAM, OM, etc.)
• Familiarity with advanced process control and manufacturing best practices
• Excellent trouble-shooting, risk analysis, FMEA, and statistical analysis (JMP, Minitab).
• Knowledge of bonding process and materials behaviour under thermal/mechanical stress (e.g., CTE mismatch, flux residue, underfill cure).
• Experience on HBM, COWOS, 2.5D, Fluxless Bonding is a definite plus

Job Responsibilities

• Read specifications and inspection & test plans to understand the requirements of products.
• Perform scheduled sampling quality inspections of incoming materials/ products from external provider and outgoing products for shipping.
• Conduct scheduled in-process inspection in the production line to ensure that quality, hygiene and safety standards are met.
• Reject and report to QCI Supervisor/ Manager for all products and materials that fail to meet quality specification and expectations.
• Ensure QC inspection record/ log is updated for inspection and testing conducted.
• Assist QC Specialist for any investigation for product-related non-conformance issue and recommend problem resolution.
• Assist QC Specialist for establishment of QC inspection test methods.
• Manage retention room for reference and post inspection samples.
• Maintain External Laboratory Service Providers register, perform external laboratory product testing and test report record retention.
• Perform routine QC laboratory 5S maintenance tasks.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Higher Nitec or equivalent qualification.
• Experience in QC inspection and strong understanding of relevant QC standards and testing techniques.
• Certification in quality control is preferred.
• Understand basic laboratory equipment handling.
• Working well independently and detail-oriented.
