The Position:
We seek a talented and motivated Master Planner to join our team.
As a Master Planner, you will provide design inputs to high-profile international urban design projects, ranging from large-scale city strategies to district-scale master plans.
The ideal candidate will possess exceptional design skills, the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders, and a commitment to staying up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in urban design.
Responsibilities:- Design of Pre-concept and Concept Master Plan schemes for high-profile urban design projects.
- Develop urban design strategies, diagrams, and technical studies.
- Coordination between other team members and external consultants.
- Active participation in Client presentations, explaining urban design concepts and technical inputs.
- Background in architecture and/or masters in urban design or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of master planning experience in a relevant field.
- Strong design and hand-drawing skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
- High graphical, verbal, and written skills to communicate urban design concepts and technical inputs.
- Strong computer-aided skills such as AutoCAD, Sketch-up, and Adobe package.
- Understanding of international standards and requirements.
- Excellent organisational and collaboration skills with the Urban Design team, architectural team and external consultants.
- Out-of-the-box thinking and willingness to hit the ground running.
- Responsibility to work independently.
