Job Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome customers in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer all customer inquiries, both in-person and on the phone, in a timely and courteous manner
- Schedule appointments and maintain the appointment calendar
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Assist with customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions
- Handle and resolve customer complaints and escalate to the appropriate department or manager when necessary
- Process payments and issue receipts to customers (cashiering)
- Manage the company's correspondence and respond to emails in a timely manner
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
Requirements:
- Experience as a receptionist, administator, customer service representative or a similar role preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Able to work independently and in a team
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Able to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Bilingual will be added advantage (to liaise with both English & Mandarin speaking customers)
- 5 days work week (retail shift hours)

Responsibilities
- Maximising the revenue in the spa through effective scheduling, yield management and sale.
- Maintain sound treatment and retail knowledge with the ability to accurately describe benefits and prices
- Actively recommend products and provide further consultation to guests to ensure that sales are closed on product recommendation made by the therapists
- Acts as an Ambassador for the spa to ensure outstanding guest relations by the brand protocols and genuine care and attention to detail
- Conduct spa tours for all guests, including VIPs and prospective members. Consistently record guest preferences, accurately updating guest profiles and communicating any relevant information to colleagues
- Respond to all guest enquiries promptly and efficiently. Maintain cleanliness, presentation and organisation of the reception area
- Ensure that adequate supplies of all public information material are available and in immaculate condition
Requirements
- Relevant certification in Spa Services
- At least 1 year of relevant experience
