Job Description
We are seeking a friendly Front Desk Customer Service Officer to welcome clients, manage appointments and inquiries, and ensure an exceptional guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome clients with a warm and professional demeanor
- Manage appointment bookings and scheduling using our system
- Handle phone calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries promptly and courteously
- Provide information about our services, promotions, and packages
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area
- Process payments and manage billing accurately
- Coordinate with therapists and spa staff to ensure timely service delivery
- Handle customer feedback and resolve any issues efficiently
Requirements:
- Minimum SPM/O-Level or equivalent; diploma in hospitality or related field is a plus
- At least one year of customer service experience, preferably in the beauty, spa, or hospitality industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in using computer systems and appointment software
- Friendly, approachable, and professional attitude
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday: 10:30 AM to 8:00 PM
- Saturday: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
- Sunday and Public Holidays: Off
