Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Wellness Center Manager to lead daily operations while actively providing massage therapy services. This hybrid role combines leadership, customer service, and hands-on wellness expertise to ensure smooth shop operations and exceptional client care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the wellness center, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and service quality
• Supervise and support massage therapists and staff, including scheduling and performance monitoring
• Maintain hygiene standards, manage linen replacement, and sterilize equipment
• Provide massage services listed in the brochure, including foot reflexology, Tui Na, body oil massage, and deep tissue techniques
• Consult with clients to recommend appropriate treatments
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with health regulations
• Accept all assigned clients and tasks without refusal
• Lead by example in professionalism, grooming, and customer interaction

Job Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in massage therapy and wellness operations
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Proficient in foot reflexology, Tui Na, body oil massage, sports and/or deep tissue massage

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Wellness Center Operations Director to oversee the daily operations of our well-established Japanese-style salon.
