 We are seeking a 
 Technical Consultant / Solutions Expert (SaaS)
 to map customer requirements with product capabilities and support the sales teams in closing deals. 
 This role requires close collaboration with sales, product teams, and partners to deliver a compelling value proposition for customers and close deals. 
 Work closely with Sales and Partner Teams across the APAC region to ensure successful sales closures by providing technical demonstrations. 
 Do product demonstrations to customers and solve technical queries. 
 Develop technical solutions (SaaS software) and deliver compelling proof-of-concept demonstrations, including planning and organization. 
 Work with multiple products focused at business functions from Zoho. 
 Respond to RFIs through the ticketing system. 
 Collaborate with the Product and Technical Teams to relay client feedback on product requirements. 
 Keeping abreast of market trends, competitor and product landscapes. 
 Conduct workshops and training sessions, both online and offline. 
 Collaborate with product teams to maintain and enhance product knowledge. 
 Job Requirements: 
 Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, Engineering, or relevant field of studies. 
1 to 3 years of experience working as a Pre-Sales Engineer, Product Specialist, or Solution Engineer in a cloud-based B2B PaaS, IaaS, or SaaS environment is preferred. 
 Fresh graduates or individuals transitioning from another industry with the aptitude to learn are welcome to apply. 
 Positive attitude, meticulous, and strong problem-solving and prioritization skills. 
 Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders. 
 Proficiency in CRM (Sales/ Marketing), collaboration tools, and/or finance and accounting domains.
