  • Create a Web Service for data integration.
  • The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with ServiceNow, strong technical skills, and excellent interpersonal and oral communication skills.
  • Must be able to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and possess a high level of expertise in multiple system environments.
  • Additional requirements include 5+ years ServiceNow development experience and 3+ years Solution Architect Role experience.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or 4-6 years equivalent work experience.
  • Extensive knowledge of two or more Front End Technologies: HTML, JSTL, DHTML, JavaScript, CSS, XML, XSL, XSLT.
  • Required certifications include ServiceNow Administrator, Developer or Implementation Specialist.

  • TIS, IMI, SB Preparation: Prepare the TIS (technical information sheet), IMI (installation and maintenance instruction), SB (sales brochure) for sales and customer training needs.
  • New Product Release Documentation: Prepare the SBD new product release documentation and support sales team to support the new release item.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to communicate and reason with people from diverse backgrounds.
  • Experience in solution design using 2D/3D modeling software.
  • Computer ability in AutoCAD or SolidWorks program.
  • Well-organized and good time management skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and manage workload under time pressure and changing priorities.
  • A working knowledge of Spirax products, applications, systems and processes.
  • Experience/knowledge of steam system design standards (PESR, EN 13480 etc.).
  • Proven track record of working in a similar business/industry.
