About The Role
Glean is looking for a talented Solutions Engineering Manager (SEM) to join our dynamic Singapore team. As an SEM, you will be responsible for leading a team of solutions engineers (SEs) to ensure both prospects and Glean customers receive top-notch technical guidance and value. The Singapore Solution Engineering Manager will be responsible for driving and improving pre-sales engagements, such as, technical discovery, custom product demonstrations, use case workshops, and pilots. Additionally, the SEM will be responsible for driving and improving customer adoption, growth, and business value of Glean's transformational Work AI platform.

You Will

  • Develop and lead a high-performing team of solutions engineers, providing mentorship, guidance, coaching, and ongoing support.
  • Establish and maintain your role as a territory / segment's primary technical advisor; think of yourself as the CTO of every customer relationship.
  • Work with your team of SEs as well as prospects and customers to connect to new data sources including custom integrations.
  • Leverage top sales methodologies and frameworks, like Command of the Message and MEDDPICC, to lead technical discovery and improve scoping, deal inspection, and technical and business value delivery.
  • Identify opportunities for expansion of Glean within customer install bases.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally (including, sales and services) to ensure priorities and expectations between Glean and the customer are aligned and executed.
  • Help troubleshoot, prioritize, and escalate issues for assigned customers, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Product Management, Engineering, and Customer Support to drive customer satisfaction, and be the voice of the field to prioritize product enhancements.
  • Be an active member of the Glean customer technical community helping to drive industry recognition and best practices.

About You

  • Pre or post-sales solution consultant experience in a rapidly growing software company.
  • Proven experience in people leadership, talent development, and performance management.
  • 5-7 years of SE experience: Managers typically have a proven track record of success in sales engineering, with experience working on complex deals and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • API and integration experience in a hybrid or SaaS environment.
  • Deep understanding of cloud architecture, security, and networking, including cloud and on-premise.
  • Deep understanding of integration architecture, including API expertise
  • Hands-on experience with cloud technologies, particularly Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Amazon Web Services (AWS), or Microsoft Azure.
  • Cloud security, information security, and audit experience to represent technical and audit frameworks with customer stakeholders and executives.
  • Strong Technical Background: SEM must have a strong understanding of the company's products and services, as well as the technical skills to provide guidance and coaching to SEs and customers.
  • Project Management Skills: Managers must be able to balance multiple priorities and projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and allocate resources effectively.
  • Presentation and Communication skills: SEMs must be able to communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders, both internally and externally.

As a High Bandwidth Memory Test Engineer at Micron, you will develop, debug, and maintain code that enables the parallel testing of advanced memory devices. Micron Test Engineers support R&D, interacting closely with global teams, as well as taking part in the designing and debugging of test hardware. In this position, you will constantly learn new device specifications and operations in order to develop efficient and innovative solutions of production test flows thru test algo optimization. Additionally, you will take responsibility to gain a firm understanding of the functionality of advanced memory devices as defined in product data sheets.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS:
Independency of development of new tests and test algorithms for HBM, which covers test software and hardware requirements, defect coverage, characterization, trending, process flow, and test times.
Experienced on test programs development for products using primarily Python and C coding on automated test equipment in the given area followed by test program release to manufacturing area.
Be a lead to new product introduction (NPI) as well as pre/post silicon tasks management.
Develop test Automation solutions as electrical validation and qualification of new test equipment and tools.
Independently debug and identify root causes on test issues and provide solutions across internal/external groups.
Provide meaningful statistical data analysis, analytics and justification on program validation and its release to ensure program quality.
Evaluate and verify yields/quality with global teams to ensure we are shipping the highest quality product to our customers with enforce to all data sheet specification.
Support both internal and external groups on experiments designed to improve yield or capacity by resolving test issues that impact site in a timely manner.
Maintain tactical and project updates on daily and weekly basis, respectively. Updates should show progress against the timelines.
Drive Innovation and Improvement with the end goal of reducing the Cost of Test for Micron in the Test Department.
Support intra-departmental (and multi-site) teams in development of new processes and capabilities to support product roadmap; lead teams and drive development where necessary.
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor in Electrical & Electronics or Computer Science degrees
Strong aptitude for development and ability to create production-worthy technologies.
Proficiency in data analysis, machine learning, and statistical modeling to derive actionable insights from complex datasets is an added advantage.

About The Role
Glean is looking for a talented Solutions Engineering Manager (SEM) to join our dynamic Singapore team. As an SEM, you will be responsible for leading a team of solutions engineers (SEs) to ensure both prospects and Glean customers receive top-notch technical guidance and value. The Singapore Solutions Engineering Manager will be responsible for driving and improving pre-sales engagements, such as technical discovery, custom product demonstrations, use case workshops, and pilots. Additionally, the SEM will be responsible for driving and improving customer adoption, growth, and business value of Glean’s transformational Work AI platform.
You Will
Develop and lead a high-performing team of solutions engineers, providing mentorship, guidance, coaching, and ongoing support.
Establish and maintain your role as a territory / segment’s primary technical advisor; think of yourself as the CTO of every customer relationship.
Work with your team of SEs as well as prospects and customers to connect to new data sources including custom integrations.
Leverage top sales methodologies and frameworks, like Command of the Message and MEDDPICC, to lead technical discovery and improve scoping, deal inspection, and technical and business value delivery.
Identify opportunities for expansion of Glean within customer install bases.
Collaborate cross-functionally (including, sales and services) to ensure priorities and expectations between Glean and the customer are aligned and executed.
Help troubleshoot, prioritize, and escalate issues for assigned customers, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
Partner cross-functionally with Product Management, Engineering, and Customer Support to drive customer satisfaction, and be the voice of the field to prioritize product enhancements.
Be an active member of the Glean customer technical community helping to drive industry recognition and best practices.
About You
Pre or post-sales solution consultant experience in a rapidly growing software company.
Proven experience in people leadership, talent development, and performance management.
5-7 years of SE experience: Managers typically have a proven track record of success in sales engineering, with experience working on complex deals and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
API and integration experience in a hybrid or SaaS environment.
Deep understanding of cloud architecture, security, and networking, including cloud and on-premise.
Deep understanding of integration architecture, including API expertise
Hands-on experience with cloud technologies, particularly Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Amazon Web Services (AWS), or Microsoft Azure.
Cloud security, information security, and audit experience to represent technical and audit frameworks with customer stakeholders and executives.
Strong Technical Background: SEM must have a strong understanding of the company's products and services, as well as the technical skills to provide guidance and coaching to SEs and customers.
Project Management Skills: Managers must be able to balance multiple priorities and projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and allocate resources effectively.
Presentation and Communication skills: SEMs must be able to communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders, both internally and externally.

What you’ll do
Senior Manager, Solutions Engineering
As the regional Solutions Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for leading and developing a high-performing presales team that supports the sales organization in driving revenue growth. You will be a strategic partner to the sales team, providing technical expertise and demonstrating the value of our SaaS core banking solution to prospective clients. Your leadership will be crucial in ensuring successful product demonstrations, technical presentations, and RFx responses, ultimately contributing to closing deals and exceeding sales targets. Acting as a Player-Coach, you will get to work with every type of FinTech company, from large banks to small startups, while applying your banking and FinTech knowledge to help our customers design the next generation of financial services leading by example.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership and Management:
Recruit, onboard, train, and mentor a team of presales solution engineers.
Set clear performance objectives, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance reviews.
Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
Allocate resources effectively to support sales activities.
Solutions Engineering Strategy and Execution:
Develop and implement presales strategies aligned with regional sales goals as well as global processes.
Contribute to the creation and implementation of Global Solutions Engineering initiatives
Provide technical expertise and guidance throughout the sales cycle.
Oversee the creation of accurate and quality workshops, proof of concepts and RFx responses.

Sales Enablement and Support:
Ensure the sales team are enabled with the technical knowledge and tools necessary to succeed.
Support creation and maintenance of global and regional presales collateral, including presentations, demos, and FAQs.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and the competitive landscape.
Reporting and Analysis:
Track and report on presales activities and key performance indicators.
Analyze presales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Provide regular updates to senior management on presales performance.
What you’ll bring
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

You will own the customer engagements deliveries, including architecture design sessions, specific implementation project/pilots and helping to remove technical blockers. **Qualifications**
+ Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field AND 4+ years experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, information technology (IT) consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting
+ OR equivalent experience
+ 4+ years experience working in a customer-facing role (e.g., internal and/or external)
+ 4+ years experience working on technical projects
+ Breadth of technical security experience and knowledge, with depth and Subject Matter Expertise in one or more of the following domains:
+ AI Security - Both Securing with AI and against AI
+ Data Security - DLP, MIP and IRM
+ SIEM and Cloud Security Analytics
+ Security Operations Center (SOC)
+ Extended Detection and Response (XDR)
