As a Technical consultant Solumina Implementation, the role involves leading and supporting the end-to-end deployment of Solumina MES for a manufacturing client. Key responsibilities include understanding the current system landscape, collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and configure solutions, and ensuring smooth implementation through testing, training, and post-deployment support. The position requires maintaining data integrity during transitions, creating quality check processes, and troubleshooting issues while working closely with engineering, mechanics, and shift teams.
Responsibilities
Understand the current landscape of Solumina
Assist in the end-to-end implementation of Solumina MES across manufacturing environments.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, configure solutions, and ensure successful deployment.
Support testing, training, and post-implementation activities.
Troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing support to users.
Document processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Consult with engineering and mechanics to ensure proper sequencing.
Maintain data quality while transitioning.
Create Quality Checks process to ensure routers go through proper approval channel (Quality Engineers & Shop focal)
Post migration, perform checks to ensure data quality & sanity of router.
Work closely with the people in different shifts and support Solumina implementation
Participate in governance meetings and projects reviews to plan
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in field related.
Experience in solution implementation, preferably in MES or ERP systems.
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred qualifications
Familiarity with Solumina or similar MES platforms is a strong advantage.
Background in aerospace or manufacturing industries is highly preferred.
Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
Comfortable working in shift hours

YOUR ROLE:
The Security Implementation Engineer will work on implementing, analyse and assess the security strategy of technology platform and at enterprise level.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Implement security controls in cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP), including services like AWS Inspector, GuardDuty, Security Hub, VPC, Security groups, WAF, AWS Config, Trusted Advisor.
Manage the security aspects of DevOps/DevSecOps including Infrastructure as Code (IaC) deployment.
Conduct vulnerability scanning (containers and infrastructure), threat modeling, and penetration testing.
Implement application security practices including secure code repositories, SAST, DAST, SCA tools, OWASP Top 10, and SANS 25 guidelines.
Manage identity and access management (IAM), privileged access management (PAM), and encryption mechanisms.
Operate and manage incident response processes, change management, business continuity planning (BCP).
Manage endpoint and on-premises security solutions.
Remaining up to date with the latest security systems, tools, trends, and technology.
WHO YOU ARE:
5+ years of practical hands-on experience in security engineering, cloud security implementation, and DevSecOps.
Proven experience in designing and deploying technical security solutions and controls in startup or dynamic environments.
In-depth technical understanding of cloud services (compute, containers, storage, network, monitoring).
Expertise with cloud security solutions and operational management (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Proficiency in vulnerability management tools, container registry scanning, and infrastructure scanning technologies.
Skilled in threat modeling and penetration testing (application and infrastructure).
Deep understanding of data governance practices, data lifecycle management, and data loss prevention (DLP).
Familiarity with scaling and capacity management techniques (auto-scaling).
Certifications recommended: CCSK, CCSP, AWS Security Specialty

The Challenge
The Principal Consultant – Technical Implementation plays a key role in bridging technical delivery and strategic advisory. After the sales process, you’ll be the primary contact guiding customers through solution design, implementation, API integrations, and adoption of OneTrust’s Universal Consent & Preference Management (UCPM) and Consent Management Platform (CMP) solutions. You’ll combine deep technical expertise with business acumen to deliver impactful, scalable outcomes for our customers.

Lead solution design and oversee technical implementation for complex customer projects.
Provide best practice guidance on SaaS solution deployments, including underlying software architectures and integration patterns.
Leverage core technologies, including web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript), API integrations, to deliver tailored solutions.
Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, aligning technical delivery with business objectives.
Translate customer requirements into actionable specifications for internal teams.
Share knowledge, documentation, and reusable assets to support future delivery.
Advocate for customers internally, influencing product direction based on real-world feedback.
Collaborate closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Product to ensure customer outcomes are met.
You Are

Your Experience Includes

Hands-on experience with web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript), and API integrations.

Track record of collaborating cross-functionally to deliver business value.
Extra Awesome

- Submit shop drawings, material samples, and delivery schedules for consultant approval
- Track equipment delivery and installation progress on-site
- Participate in technical and coordination meetings (including NSC meetings)
- Enforce job-site safety and compliance with BOWEC/Factory Act requirements
- Evaluate sub-contractor performance for ongoing and future projects
- Submit and manage monthly claims and certifications with main contractor
- Support financial reporting for internal departments and external vendors
- Supervise final testing, commissioning, and submission of as-built documentation
- Coordinate maintenance programme during Defects Liability Period
- Prepare overall project and financial reports as required
- Support budgeting and forecasting activities in collaboration with department heads
Requirements :
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- Proven experience in managing ACMV/HVAC projects is essential
- Strong knowledge of project lifecycle: planning, execution, commissioning, and handover
- Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and site supervision skills
