We have an opening for a pro-active and personable Solution Engineer with deep JavaScript, HTML, and Web development experience. This is a client-facing role where you will be the point person for our enterprise clients in the region and help them maximize the value they generate from the Moneythor solution. You will also work closely with our business development, product, and engineering teams to identify potential product enhancements and sales opportunities arising from your client engagements. This is a hybrid role and will work both remotely and out of our client offices. This role is based in Dubai and will report into our VP Success & Support.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Own, drive and project manage requirements and deliverables around pre-sales, solution implementation, ongoing professional services, and client-retention activities.
• Provide operational, technical and strategic expertise to execute Moneythor's client-facing activities.
• Responsible for assisting our digital banking prospects and existing clients by addressing their ongoing technical & functional questions or issuers.
• Act as a solution expert and technical go-to person for our client success and sales organizations.
• Play an evangelist role with our clients on the existing and/or new features of the solution.
• Maximize platform adoption/engagement and drive new business growth through greater advocacy and reference-ability.
• Identify potential opportunities to extend our relationship with clients and ensure that these are passed on to the appropriate team members.
• Understand and analyse clients' business & technical requirements, and help implement, test, package, deploy the Moneythor solution and ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
• Leverage technologies such as JavaScript, HTML/CSS, SQL and Java among others to assist our clients.
• Maintain in-depth understanding of the Moneythor solution and provide vetted, impactful customer feedback to the product team.
• Use a case tracking system to manage information, questions and answers for every client-driven request.
• Maintain expert professional knowledge about the market, technologies and developments in the digital banking industry.
• Respond to service disruptions/incidents as part of our internal incident procedures.
• Ensure accurate and timely completion of all projects and requests.

REQUIREMENTS

• 5+ years of experience working in a solutions engineering role, or as a client-facing technical and business analyst with involvement in project implementation, pre-sales and support activities.
• Hands-on technical experience with JavaScript, HTML, Java, SQL, Web and database technologies.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

An eye for details and polished deliverables.

• Ability to work on multiple client accounts in autonomy with little or no management oversight.

As a Solutions Engineer, you will be part of the Capabilities Solution Engineering group that provides leading edge technological solution through digital transformation to enhance our users' operational capabilities. The job requires you to understand the business processes of our stakeholders and recommend new initiatives. You are required to conceptualise, design, procure, implement and deploy the initiatives.

What you will be working on

You will work in a team with IT Security consultants, Infrastructure Engineers and End Users to ensure the projects are delivered on time, within budget, meet business requirements and comply with IT governance framework.
Strong project management experience coupled with managing users' expectation and vendor management will be an essential skillset for success.

• Deep dive into business processes to uncover and formalise operational needs via digital technologies to deliver cost effective solutions

• Work with the industry and users to understand the problem domain, requirements, and use-cases.

• Engage stakeholders to recommend and justify new initiatives, and propose solutions

• Ensure projects are executed based on project plan to meet identified business needs and outcome within the agreed parameters of cost, duration and quality

• Identify potential project risks and the implication to the organisation and to recommend mitigating measure to manage risk

As a Solutions Architect, you will work closely with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to design and deliver innovative connectivity solutions across the APAC region. You will serve as the key technical advisor to clients, bridging business needs with technical delivery.

• Collaborate with Sales to understand client requirements and translate them into tailored connectivity solutions.
• Design network architectures, including dark fiber networks, backbone connectivity, and data center interconnections.
• Lead technical discussions, presentations, and RFP responses with customers.
• Provide pre-sales technical consultation and solution design support.
• Ensure smooth handover of solutions to deployment teams.
• Maintain strong client relationships and act as a trusted technical advisor.
• Share best practices and support internal knowledge building.

• Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in technical pre-sales, network design, or solutions architecture.
• Strong knowledge of dark fiber networks, connectivity services (e.g. Ethernet, MPLS, SD-WAN), and enterprise network design.
• Good communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving mindset and customer focus.
• Regional APAC experience and networking certifications (e.g. CCNA, CCNP, Juniper) are advantageous.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English. Proficiency in other APAC languages is an advantage but not a requirement.

Job Responsibilities:

• Market insights: track industry trends and obtain the latest market information during customer visits, conduct surveys and feedback, including market trend research, target customers, competition situation, market forecast, industry standards, etc.;
• Product planning: collect and analyze market competing product information in daily work, using his or her discretion to assist other internal team members of the company in product planning and product certification;
• Product marketing: using his or her discretion to draft and develop product marketing tools, such as product manuals, product marketing brochure and power points, engineering manuals and other technical materials on behalf of the company;
• Project support: follow up specific projects in the overseas energy storage market, propose energy storage solutions, remote installation supervision and product debugging, fault analysis and handling;
• Sales technical support: provide technical support for sales, including: (1) answering customer technical questions, (2) guiding customer needs with technology, and (3) providing customers with product knowledge and product application training in three aspects; and
• Any other job responsibilities assigned by supervisor.

Credential Requirements:

• Bachelor degree or above, electrical, electronics and other science and engineering majors are preferred, fluent in spoken English;
• Fresh graduate OR 3years working experience in EV chager /photovoltaic/energy storage inverters, energy storage system OR research and development, testing, pre-sales/after-sales technical support, marketing, power supply industry, etc.;
• Good interpersonal communication skills and ability to withstand pressure; and have a strong sense of responsibility and teamwork spirit, willing to study and diligent in practice.

Your Mission
Nuvei’s Solution team includes Solution Engineers who act as a technical and payment product consultant to potential partnership or strategic clients. Our Solution Engineer architect client or partner platforms with Nuvei payment services to apply both client business demands and Nuvei best practices.
In addition, they act as the technical leader for new prospect technical journey with Nuvei and liaison to our technology partners ecosystem, products and services, therefore as part of the role, solution team will act as the sales engineers concentrating on conversion of pre-sale or post-sale opportunities.
Responsibilities
A key Solution leader who has knowledge in payments especially in technologies, integration frameworks and able to define, design and implement sophisticated techniques for client payment scope.
Coordinate project timelines, tasks, and development efforts with both the internal engineering team and client teams to manage Solution projects and ensure we keep customers on plan and on schedule.
Define the go-to-market strategy derived from platform restrictions and client demands, while outlining a step-by-step architectural manual for client onboarding.
Responsible for leading pre-sale meetings and delivery of client engagement according to sales engineering methodology applied per each client.
Mentoring implementation projects with customers of Nuvei’s rapidly growing based solutions to deliver required client setup.
+6 years of hands‐on integration and solution experience working as an Integration or Implementation engineer, or at least two (2) years of experience as a Sales Engineer / Solution manager.
+5 years of experiencewithin the payment’s industry.
+4 years of engineering management (i.e. software development, solution engineering).
B.S. in Information Systems, Industrial Engineering or related field an advantage.
Proven ability to read, debug, and understand web applications (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, etc.).
Strong knowledge of data model and working knowledge of SQL.
Working knowledge of web integration including iframes, widgets, SDK, Single Sign-On, APIs and other SaaS technologies.
Creative thinker and experienced at understanding client’s potential pain points.
