About the Role: Overview
The Solution Design Manager (SDM) role sits at the head of the project lifecycle. The SDM assists sales during the sales process in terms of the workflows scoping, business knowledge, and client demos (with the help from Customer Success, Product Design, Product).
Once a new service has been sold by sales with the assistance of SDM, it will pass to an assigned project manager. The project manager will track, manage and escalate risks on the project. They will work with the connectivity team (and integration dev team) to perform the setup of transformers and addresses, perform the setup in the product and support the client in UAT testing before deploying the production. At any point along the project lifecycle and upon request, the SDM will provide assistance and guidance of the business and workflow requirements as scoped and agreed with the client. Rescoping of requirements may be required. Responsibilities
SCOPING
Work with the Sales team to ensure that the solution for a service being offered to the clients meets their requirements.
Aid Sales in client demonstrations.
Escalate to the Product Design and Product teams if any product or service enhancements may be required.
Create fully documented Project Scope to be presented to the client for their agreement ahead of any contract completion. Project Scope details the required workflows and Service Optionality required by the client.
Create any required message transformation specifications' input (in or outbound messages to client).
Partner with the assigned Project Manager to handover the Project Scope and any relevant message translation logic.
Product & New Initiatives
Working Groups
Participate in working group, organised and run by Product Design but attended and supported on the technical side by Solution Design and others.
Product Enhancements
Solution Design gather information and requirements from clients, as part of Solution Design BAU, and provide to Product and Product Design (to be added to PRF - Product Refinement Forum).
Business logic defined by Product Design with messaging/integration requirements defined by Solution Design.
Solution Design to participate in and approve design and implementation of new features.
New Products & Services
Solution Design to define MVP product requirements for implementation to be added to roadmaps by Product Design & Product.
Solution Design to specify standard and any custom documentation required for scoping and implementation.
Solution Design to design demos - preferably canned/recorded with scripted text for Product Design, Sales, Customer Success, Support to use as required.
Solution Design to participate in and approve design (including UI) and implementation requirements of new products and services.
Product Refinement Forums
Assist Product Design in understanding item prioritisation benefits in translating PRF items into roadmaps.
Participate in gathering product enhancements requests from both clients and Professional Services, to be added to the Product Refinement Forum list.
Participate in Product Refinement Forum to aid in prioritizing relevant product enhancements. Requirements
A minimum of 5 years' experience in the Financial Services Software as a Service (SaaS) industry, including 3 years Osttra product experience in any role.
Full understanding of detailed workflows and financial modelling for FX and related Credit & Risk Services, including Osttra platforms, including but not limited to: Harmony 3, NetLink, ClientLink, CreditLink, DNM, ODC, LimitHub, CCPC.
Full understanding of operational requirements and business drivers relating to Prime Brokers (PB), Investment & Asset Managers (IM/AM), Executing Brokers (EB), Single Dealer Platforms (SDP), Electronic Communication Networks (ECN), Swap Execution Facilities (SEF), Futures Commission Merchants (FCM), technology providers, industry vendors in this space, etc.
Exceptional organizational skills.
Ability to autonomously prioritize workload.
Experience working with external customers at levels up to and possibly including "C" suite.
Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities
A Customer Solutions Specialist performs transactional, high-volume tasks and provides engineering documentation. The Customer Solutions Specialist is responsible for high-quality documentation and executing reviews and approval processes. This work is driven by quality and measured via service-level agreements.
He/she can develop a specialisation e.g. for layouts of standard products and minor local modifications, BIM modelling, conducting after-certification site surveys or becoming a key user for one of the IT tools used within CSE; such as a CAD, BIM or workflow tool.
What will you be doing?
Preferability person with Elevator business background or equivalent talent and knowledge on construction / engineering business.
Proficiency in AutoCAD. Revit and BIM related software (BIM knowledge will be an advantage)
Performs transactional, high-volume tasks of CAD related activities.
Responsible for high-quality documentation and executing reviews and approval processes.
Ability to interpret customer tender requirement, architect drawing to match with our requirement.
Work is driven by quality and measured via service-level agreements lead time.
Collaborating with project managers, engineers, and sales teams to deliver accurate design solutions.
Attend customer meeting when required.

• Determine and confirm client business expectations and needs
• Understand the client’s requirements and design the infrastructure and system architecture to support the cloud native solution

Prerequisites:
