We are looking for a **Cloud Solution Architect (CSA)** , specializing in Security who is passionate about driving our customers' security transformation on the AI, Purview Data Security, Sentinel and Defender XDR solutions and services. **Responsibilities**
We are looking for a highly motivated and passionate Security Cloud Solution Architect (CSA) to drive customer transformation in our Security Solutions. You will own the customer engagements deliveries, including architecture design sessions, specific implementation project/pilots and helping to remove technical blockers. You will be driving successful customer security outcomes enabled by your design and engagement with key customer teams. The ideal candidate will have experience in customer-facing roles, a background of deep technical expertise, and success building trusted advisor relationships with senior customer executives, Enterprise Architects, IT Management and Developers.

**Qualifications**
+ Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field AND 4+ years experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, information technology (IT) consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting
+ OR equivalent experience

About the Role: Overview
The Solution Design Manager (SDM) role sits at the head of the project lifecycle. The SDM assists sales during the sales process in terms of the workflows scoping, business knowledge, and client demos (with the help from Customer Success, Product Design, Product).
Once a new service has been sold by sales with the assistance of SDM, it will pass to an assigned project manager. The project manager will track, manage and escalate risks on the project. They will work with the connectivity team (and integration dev team) to perform the setup of transformers and addresses, perform the setup in the product and support the client in UAT testing before deploying the production. At any point along the project lifecycle and upon request, the SDM will provide assistance and guidance of the business and workflow requirements as scoped and agreed with the client. Rescoping of requirements may be required. Responsibilities
SCOPING
Work with the Sales team to ensure that the solution for a service being offered to the clients meets their requirements.
Aid Sales in client demonstrations.
Escalate to the Product Design and Product teams if any product or service enhancements may be required.
Create fully documented Project Scope to be presented to the client for their agreement ahead of any contract completion. Project Scope details the required workflows and Service Optionality required by the client.
Create any required message transformation specifications' input (in or outbound messages to client).
Partner with the assigned Project Manager to handover the Project Scope and any relevant message translation logic.

Participate in working group, organised and run by Product Design but attended and supported on the technical side by Solution Design and others.

The Solutions Design Engineer reports to the Senior Manager for Solutions Design. In a project environment, the engineer reports into the solutions design lead of the specific project.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
Support the development of new customers, either with existing client contact or by supporting the sales team for RFQ, site visit and presentation
Analyse customer requirements and support Q&A sessions
Design and propose warehousing solutions accordingly to customer needs:
Assess Resources, MHE, investments, EDI, automation and innovation opportunities, etc.
Support IS team to define the best IT solution for the project
Provide costs analysis and rates
Build RFP technical answer document to present the solution
Project Management
Organize workshop between Customers teams, IS, Regional and Operations / Key Users
Analyse and summarize relevant data to support the workshop (decisions, follow-up analysis)
Follow-up IT developments and WMS setup / configuration with the IS team Project Manager
Coordinate with purchasing for supplier's selections and site renovation / installation
Follow-up on the management of project:
Resources (both operational recruitment and resources allocated to the project)
Costs and budget follow-up
Schedule and on-time milestones / delivery and the deliverables
Organize and report advancement with internal and external customers
Handover to Operations
Support the Logistics Business Development team to create up-to-date commercial packages showcasing CEVA Logistics know how
Support the BD team to improve internal costing and analytics tools
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
Bachelor's degree in business, Transportation, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial or Mechanical Engineering, or a related field preferred; Alternatively an equivalent combination of work experience.

The Energy Storage System Engineer plays a crucial role in identifying and integrating energy storage solutions within projects involving renewable energy generation. They provide essential engineering support, ensuring all technical aspects of energy storage systems are addressed. Additionally, the engineer offers recommendations for system enhancements, optimizations, and support efforts. Risk assessments and analyses using advanced modeling and simulation techniques are also part of their responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate opportunities for integrating energy storage in projects with renewable generation assets.
- Provide engineering design support and address technical requirements related to energy storage systems.
- Recommend system improvements, optimizations, and support strategies.
- Conduct risk assessments and analyses using modeling and simulation techniques.
- Specify renewable energy requirements and facilitate integration with distribution and transmission grid systems through systems engineering.
- Contribute to the planning and execution of installation visits.
- Collaborate closely with renewable system engineers to develop layouts, output estimates, operation, and maintenance plans, as well as interconnection requirements.
- Develop and deliver project schedules, updates, and key decision briefs.
Position Requirements:
- Minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience, with direct involvement in the energy storage industry preferred.
- Bachelors degree in Electrical, Electronics, or related majors from an accredited university.
- Preferred experience with energy management systems and SCADA.
- Familiarity with software tools like Homer Energy, SAM, and PVSyst is preferred.
- In-depth understanding of energy storage systems, including battery technologies, charging infrastructure, and grid integration solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to provide technical advice and consultations, effectively addressing customer inquiries and concerns.
- Strong analytical skills in assessing client load data and sizing energy storage systems.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for providing leadership and collaborating with diverse teams.
- Strong communication skills for delivering clear and concise project updates and synthesizing information for key decision briefs.
- Previous experience in defining and solving complex energy problems, identifying requirements, analyzing, and implementing energy system solutions.
- Proven ability to independently drive complex projects, both individually and as part of larger project teams, while maintaining a team-oriented approach.
