About the Role:

• Operational understanding of client requirements, site visits, feasibility assessments, and solar system design
• Designing solar panel arrangements for rooftop and ground-mounted PV systems, including layouts, diagrams, calculations, and bill of quantities
• Project execution from drawing submission, scheduling, factory inspections, to end-to-end delivery
• Familiarity with PV simulation software such as PVsyst and Helioscope

We are seeking an exceptional Assistant Solar Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our solar project delivery, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of our initiatives.

• You will assist the Project Manager in coordinating and planning to optimize resource utilization and meet project milestones, thereby driving business growth and client satisfaction.
• In your role, you will perform site studies to recommend PV system configurations that align with industry standards and best practices.
• You will manage solar project site teams to ensure compliance with safety standards, maintaining a culture of excellence throughout the organization.
• Your primary responsibility will be to monitor site work progress to guarantee projects conform to specifications, schedules, and deliverables.
• You will prepare Bill of Materials (BOM) for projects and coordinate with procurement teams to facilitate timely material delivery.
• In addition, you will create checklists for review or inspection of solar projects, upholding quality control measures.
• You will assist in investigating and troubleshooting M&E issues during and post-project implementation, providing expert analysis and recommendations.

• A degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or a related field is preferred; fresh graduates are welcome, with on-the-job training provided.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD, Solidworks, and other modeling software is highly valued.
• You should possess excellent organizational skills, the ability to work independently, and handle multiple projects concurrently.
• A Class 3 driving license (Manual) is preferably held by the ideal candidate.
