About the Role:

• Operational understanding of client requirements, site visits, feasibility assessments, and solar system design
• Designing solar panel arrangements for rooftop and ground-mounted PV systems, including layouts, diagrams, calculations, and bill of quantities
• Project execution from drawing submission, scheduling, factory inspections, to end-to-end delivery
• Familiarity with PV simulation software such as PVsyst and Helioscope
• Additional responsibilities assigned by the immediate reporting officer

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
• Minimum 1.5 years of experience in handling solar projects
• Electrical design concepts knowledge required

The O&M Technician is responsible for providing hands-on support in the operation and maintenance of all PV systems in our portfolio. He/she will assist the engineers with maintenance tasks, including performing routine maintenance, diagnosing and troubleshooting faults, and carrying out necessary repairs.

Additionally, the O&M Technician will oversee contractors when engaged for maintenance work, ensuring that safety and quality standards are adhered to.

The O&M Technician will:

• Support engineers in maintaining the company’s installed PV systems and those covered under O&M contracts.

• Carry out repair activities on PV systems efficiently and safely.

Job Title:

• Develop, update and maintain detailed financial models for renewable energy project models across development and operation phases.

Responsibilities would include:

• Support project evaluation by working closely with development, legal, finance teams and external advisors to provide up-to-date information concerning local tax and regulation matters impacting company's investments.
• Carry out in-depth risk-return evaluation of investment opportunities with focus on return optimization and scenario analysis.
• Track and analyse actual project performance in collaboration with finance and operations teams.
• Provide financial projections and analysis to support permitting, financing and deal structuring, including lender models and draft term sheets.
• Prepare investment memorandum and presentation for internal and external stakeholders.
• Contribute to financing strategies / ideation for new development initiatives, exploring innovative structures and funding options.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Years of experience: Minimum 6-8 years in Investment, Corporate or Project Finance, Big 4 advisory experience.
• Advanced financial modelling skills and project finance modelling experience.
• MANDATORY: Industry experience, having done some relevant renewable energy & Infrastructure projects in a corporate, advisory firm or bank.
• Strong communication skills with good stakeholder management.
