• Assist Project Manager with coordinating project resources to optimize budgetary and project milestones
• Perform site study for PV system recommendation to ensure optimal system performance
• Manage solar project site team to ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations
• Monitor site work progress to ensure projects conform to specifications, schedules, and timelines
• Plan and prepare Bill of Materials (BOM) for projects to ensure accurate resource allocation

• Create checklists for review or inspection of solar projects to guarantee quality and efficiency
• Investigate and troubleshoot M&E issues during and post-project implementation in coordination with clients, contractors, and stakeholders

• Design and draft electrical single-line diagram (SLD), solar module layout, and string-connection drawings using AUTOCAD software
• Design and draft mechanical drawing of solar PV systems to ensure optimal system performance
• Prepare project documents for submission to authorities and ensure smooth delivery of project completion
• Assist with ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Project Manager

• Fresh Graduates are welcome; on-the-job training provided
• Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related discipline preferred
• Knowledge in AutoCAD, Solidworks, and other modeling software is an advantage
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects concurrently
• Preferably possess Class 3 driving license (Manual)
• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality control

Solar Energy Expert

We are seeking a skilled Solar Energy Expert to join our organization in Singapore. The ideal candidate will have a minimum degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field and at least 1.5 years of experience in handling solar projects.

• Designing solar panel arrangements for rooftop and ground-mounted PV systems, including layouts, single-line diagrams, and calculations.
• Conducting site feasibility studies and providing recommendations for enhancing suitability.
• Executing solar projects from start to finish, including factory inspections and service support.
• Familiarity with PV simulation software such as PVsyst and Helioscope.

• Manage contracts with contractors by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables.
• Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution.
• Manage the expectation of internal stakeholders and various functions within the organization to create a coherent work environment.
• Manage relationships with external stakeholders (client, relevant authorities, 3rd party inspectors) in a professional manner to ensure projects run smoothly.
• Identify any potential safety risks within projects and put in place strategies to mitigate any risks. Work with safety teams to ensure all required Environmental, Health and Safety requirements are adhered to.
• Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement. Conduct end-project evaluation to assess how well the project was managed and prepare end-project reports.

This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented Design Engineer to take a leading role in the technical design of high-profile solar power projects, from initial concept to final implementation. Reporting to the Head of Engineering, your expertise will be the cornerstone of project success, ensuring all solar systems are optimized for performance and compliant with the highest standards.

• Technical Design & Engineering: Leading the design and engineering review process for all project documentation, developing electrical single-line diagrams, performing detailed DC/AC calculations, and preparing performance modeling reports using PVSyst.
• Project & Stakeholder Collaboration: Serving as a key technical advisor to project managers during installation and commissioning, and collaborating with internal teams and external EPCs to ensure seamless system integration.
• Regulatory Compliance & Approvals: Managing and preparing all design submissions to relevant authorities, working closely with Professional Engineers (PEs) and Licensed Electrical Workers (LEWs) to secure all necessary endorsements.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Civil, or Structural Engineering.
• A minimum of 3 years of proven experience in the design and engineering of solar PV systems.
• In-depth knowledge of solar technologies and familiarity with local building codes and engineering standards.
• Direct experience managing design submissions to local regulatory bodies is highly preferred.
