• Simulate and analyze circuit designs using transistor-level simulators.
• Extract layout and perform post-layout simulations and verification.
• Floorplan physical implementation and layout integration of design components.
• Integrate characterization flow to extract timing and power information.
• Develop scripts to automate characterization, simulations, and verification processes.
• Specify and verify behavioral and physical memory models.
• Document design specifications, behavioral descriptions, and timing diagrams.
• Assist in specifying silicon test plans and correlating silicon data with simulations.

• Strong understanding of transistor-level circuit behavior and device physics.
• Knowledge of signal integrity, EM/IR analysis, and reliability assessment.
• Proficiency with simulators, scripting for automation, and tool usage.
• Familiarity with memory behavioral and physical models is advantageous.
• Experience in memory circuit design is a plus.
• Understanding of DFT schemes and chip-level integration is beneficial.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
