The role will be focused on driving the achievement of the Linac/Software business line budget for the ASEAN business cluster inclusive of direct and indirect markets.
The role plays a key customer facing function through direct sales, supporting territory managers and channel partners / distributors by providing expert technical & clinical sales support to drive project advancement and management of competitive information and handle projects / product related issues in the ASEAN BU.

The role will also be the voice-of-sales for the ASEAN region for the Linac/Software business line and will act as a conduit to align objectives, strategies and deployment of in and outbound / analog & digital campaigns that will help drive awareness, funnel development, branding, customer satisfaction and business growth for both installed base business and new customer acquisition for the Linac/Software BL for the ASEAN cluster.
The role will also be in charge of driving sales enablement activities through sales training, development and deployment of sales tools as well as developing customer solutions that improve customer net promoter score and aids sales in winning new business.
The role will also be in charge of supporting customer development and customer success initiatives by driving activities such as reference sites, KOL development and other customer development activities as required.
Responsibilities -- Identify sales opportunities into existing customer sites and into to new sites in close collaboration with the local sales teams
- Implement given actions to achieve the sales goals defined by the commercial lead of each project
- Support the sales team with in-depth product expertise
- Take an active role in Linac projects, answering questions, tenders and providing expert support such as product demos and expert presentations to local sales team, channel partners and customers whenever needed
- Consult and provide solutions how to best create demand and suitable delivery path-ways to advance Linac/Software opportunities and keep customer sites up-to-date with upgrades and up-selling
- Develop, implement and track regional sales and marketing plans for Linac/Software portfolio by driving specific programs & campaigns and respectively supporting country-specific sales activities and programs

- Bachelor’s Degree (Radiation therapy or business related) with minimum 5 years Radiotherapy industry related experience

- Solid knowledge and experience of the medical devices industry, experience in Radiotherapy clinical environment is highly preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Skilled speaker and representative in social contacts
- Strong multi-tasker and experience covering a broader region (along with all the travel it requires)
- Fluency in English is required
- Comprehensive knowledge of computer tools / IT skills
- Ability to work autonomously

As a Senior Development Engineer, you will be a key senior resource in a team, actively contributing to and leading the development of robotics software solutions for industrial applications (manufacturing/logistics). You will focus on developing multi-system management and orchestration capabilities for multi-robot and multi-device systems, particularly using the Robotics Middleware Framework (RMF). Roles and Responsibilities:
- Actively contribute to and lead specific areas of research and development for robotic software packages and tools for industrial applications using the ROS framework, including capabilities in Robotics Middleware Framework (RMF) multi-agent path planning, simulator design, perception, and motion planning. Drive application-oriented robotic research towards industrial automation using ROS 2.
- Contribute significantly to the architecture and lead the development of complex software solutions and core algorithms for interoperable multi-agent and multi-robot systems, focusing on coordination, scheduling optimisation, task assignment, and traffic deconfliction.
- Contribute to and lead the implementation of robust systems engineering approaches by translating business requirements into system requirements and validation methodologies, and develop comprehensive software testing and validation strategies in accordance with industry standards.
