The Social Services Supervisor will oversee programme development and service delivery under various initiatives. Key Responsibilities
1. Programme Management & Development
- Lead the design, implementation, and monitoring of
Project GUARDIAN
initiatives. - Develop and manage
new partnerships
to deliver activities and engagement programmes. - Plan and oversee
programmes for care staff
, including caregiving courses, counselling, support groups, and upskilling/reintegration opportunities. - Collaborate with external organisations to co-create and deliver impactful programmes that enhance service delivery and beneficiary outcomes.
- Regularly assess programme effectiveness and recommend improvements based on feedback and evaluation.
2. Staff & Operations Management
- Manage the
daily responsibilities of care staff
, ensuring quality service delivery and professional growth. - Provide guidance, supervision, and support to the care team, fostering a culture of empathy, accountability, and continuous learning.
3. Partnerships & Stakeholder Engagement
- Identify, engage, and maintain partnerships with community organisations, government agencies, and private sector collaborators.
- Develop frameworks for partnership sustainability and long-term collaboration.
- Represent the organisation in networking events, forums, and stakeholder engagements to advance programme objectives.
4. Monitoring, Reporting & Compliance
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting of programme outcomes, staff performance, and partnership deliverables.
- Maintain compliance with relevant policies, guidelines, and funding requirements.
- Contribute to research, data collection, and impact evaluation for internal learning and external reporting.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Degree/Diploma in Social Work, Counselling, Psychology, or related field.
- At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in social service
- Strong background in programme development, partnership management, and stakeholder engagement.
- Experience managing staff, including training, counselling, and performance management.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
- Passion for social impact, caregiving, and reintegration work.
