Role Overview
The Community Outreach & Partnership Executive plays a key role in engaging and supporting MTFA beneficiaries, coordinating volunteer efforts, managing partnerships, and leading community events for beneficiaries. This role requires a passionate and adaptable individual who can foster strong relationships, ensure effective program delivery, and contribute to MTFA's mission of service.
Key Responsibilities
Beneficiary Management
- Conduct thorough assessments of beneficiaries' needs.
- Maintain and update beneficiary records in MTFA's systems.
- Recommend psychosocial support and tailored interventions.
- Build and sustain positive, consistent communication with beneficiaries.
Partnerships & Stakeholder Engagement
- Manage and strengthen relationships with existing partners and stakeholders.
- Identify and cultivate potential partnerships to enhance MTFA's programs.
- Act as a key liaison with agencies and stakeholders on beneficiary-related projects.
- Lead the planning, budgeting, and execution of departmental initiatives.
Event Management
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee community events for beneficiaries, ensuring delivery within budget and timelines.
- Organise volunteer induction, training, and appreciation events.
- Execute beneficiary-focused initiatives that strengthen MTFA's community impact.
Other Duties
- Support and carry out additional responsibilities assigned by the Chairman (Welfare Committee), CEO, Deputy Director, Assistant Director, or Ihsan Aid Manager.
Candidate Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience in project/event management or volunteer management.
- Experience in social work and working with the community is highly beneficial.
- Familiarity with project management tools/software is an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrates adaptability, patience, and a strong sense of integrity and professionalism.

Role Overview
This is a hands-on role for people who love being out there, meeting people, and making things happen. You'll be calling families to bring new kids into our programs, running activities face-to-face, and being the person children look forward to seeing every week. You need to be outgoing, comfortable talking to strangers, and ready to take charge without someone holding your hand. If you genuinely enjoy working with kids and have the energy to keep up with them, you'll do well here. If phone calls make you freeze, or if spending a few hours with children sounds draining, this isn't the job for you.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Recruiting new beneficiaries (community visits, calls)
- Engaging beneficiaries (paid activities, registration renewals)
- Activity Facilitator on days with activities
- Preparing and executing activities
- Cleaning up the centre & organising inventory
- Student administration & customer service (managing attendance and post-activity feedback sheets, answering queries, resolving complaints)
- Managing volunteers during activities (giving instructions, briefing & debriefing)
Requirements

- Workdays are Wednesday - Sunday, Off on Monday – Tuesday
