Responsibilities

• Perform installation, maintenance and calibration work of meteorological and air quality monitoring instruments and systems.
• Provide technical service support such as maintenance, calibration and troubleshooting of meteorological and air quality monitoring instruments
• Prepare full service and technical reports on installation, commissioning, maintenance and calibration works
• Conduct product training and prepare training materials for clients

• 24/7 Standby duty as required, including outside regular working hours

Education and Skills Requirements

• Relevant education in Engineering (Nitec and above)
• Relevant experience in instrument/analyser operation, calibration and maintenance is advantageous

• Good oral and written skills in English
• Able to work in fast-paced environment, self-motivated and proactive
• Strong desire to learn
• Having a class 3 driving license is an advantage

The Kitchen Equipment Technician is responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing commercial kitchen equipment, including both electric and gas appliances. This role ensures that all equipment operates safely, efficiently, and in compliance with manufacturer recommendations and company standards. This role shall perform various functions to keep the activities of commercial kitchens running smoothly. Major tasks, duties, and responsibilities are as follows:

• Perform installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of hot and cold kitchen equipment and appliances, such as a wide variety of kitchen and refrigeration equipment such as walk-in chillers and freezers, industrial-sized steam cookers, refrigerators, ice machines, washers, combi-ovens, dryers, dishwashers, sandwich line, water coolers and others.
• Install new equipment, repair leaks, adjust wiring controls, and replace worn or defective components.
• Respond to service requests through work orders or in-person inspections, prioritizing tasks effectively.
• Provide technical support and operational guidance to dining staff regarding equipment usage and status.
• Carry out preventative and predictive maintenance following manufacturers' guidelines or assigned schedules.
• Carry out periodic inspection, cleaning, and equipment servicing.
• Assist in major repairs, upgrades, and large-scale maintenance projects.
• Document maintenance procedures, best practices, and update operation manuals as needed.
• Ensure safe working conditions by correcting hazards or reporting non-correctable issues to supervisors.
• Support operations during special events, off-hours, weekends, and holidays if required. Attend quickly to emergency call on equipment repair issues, as well as to after-work-hour calls
• Maintain inventory of spare parts, tools, and supplies, ensuring proper usage and storage.
• Collaborate with other maintenance workers, company's officials, and staff to effectively provide solutions to maintenance problems.
• Perform other duties the supervisor may assign.
