• Support the site engineering/installation projects for projects on Jurong Island/Shipyards.
• To work under the supervision of Site Engineer to support the installation of products.
• Responsible for daily work permit application (Jurong Island/Shipyards) and support at
any client meetings with the Site Engineer if necessary.
• Ensure that the Installation daily logs are updated.
• Update the Supervisor on the status of projects.
• Comply with relevant occupational health and safety requirements.
• Keep the site material storage area neat, clean and organized.
• Maintain installation rate consistency; meet or exceed established minimum rates.
• Works effectively on different project scopes simultaneously.
• Regional travel required for training.
Qualifications and Skill:
• Bachelor or associate degree, with course related to engineering, constructions or similar.
• Previous experience working in a Jurong island or shipyard industry (Seatrium) is highly
considered.
• Exceptional analytical ability toward solving site installation concerns.
• Competence with computer-based software such excel and word for record-keeping.
• Ability to work with minimum supervision.
• Availability of working extended hours to meet deadlines, when necessary.
• Has safety training required to work at Jurong Island plants and shipyards (Bizsafe 3/4)

**About You**
You will report to Service Engineer and be part of the service team. You are responsible to provide technical support for servicing, maintaining and repairing of elevators and/ or escalators as assigned.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Maintain, service and repair the elevators, escalators and mechanical-parking systems that includes checking, oiling, greasing, mechanical adjustment, trouble-shooting, testing of safety devices, inspection and parts recommendation and replacement in accordance to local code of practice
+ Demonstrate understanding and compliance of Environmental, Health and Safety (EH&S) procedures
+ Attend to breakdown maintenance calls at various job sites
+ Support Service Operations Team to achieve department objectives on service sales targets and service quality standards
**Requirement**
+ Diploma/ Higher Nitec in Vertical Transportation/ Engineering or relevant disciplines
+ A valid CoC Certification
+ Min. 2 years of work experience in servicing and maintaining elevators and escalators is mandatory

Service Technician for airside equipment maintenance and servicing. He will be required to perform maintenance, repairs and troubleshooting for all types of commercial chilled water units, light commercial VRV or VRF units and residential DX units.
**Key Responsibilities:**
As a Service Technician, you'll be responsible for:
+ Involve in depot-based work, site servicing, repairing and setting up/installation (including delivering and collecting)
+ Perform troubleshooting and recommend repairs for chillers/airside/heavy/applied
