Key Responsibilities

This role will drive quality management in Singapore Hub, through development of policies and cadences, ensure consistency and compliance with quality standards and systems. This role is responsible for benchmarking performance against global/industry standards and competitors, as well as integrating best practices into a framework to guide and align businesses.

  • Oversee creation, implementation, maintenance and improvement of quality policies, manuals, SOPs and relevant documentation.
  • Ensure alignment of quality standards, compliance, and operational practices with internal/external requirements and regulations, form regular cadences for inspections, audits, controls and reviews.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for timely closure of Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPAs), non-conformance investigation reports, and customer complaints, and publish reports on quality performance.
  • Lead the Material Review Board (MRB) meeting involving members from production, engineering, and quality departments to conduct root cause analysis, address quality issues, implement corrective actions, and review their effectiveness.
  • Lead the team of QC inspectors in the inspection of parts for conformity in accordance with relevant drawing requirements.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate should possess a diploma in quality management, engineering, manufacturing, or a related field, and have a minimum of 3-5 years of relevant working experience in handling audits and ISO documentation in manufacturing industries. Knowledge of quality management standards such as ISO 9001, 14001, 13485, and ISO 22301 is also required.

  • Diploma in quality management/engineering/manufacturing or related field
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant working experience in handling audits and ISO documentation in manufacturing industries
  • Knowledge in Supplier Management
