We are currently looking for a highly skilled and experienced site surveyor to join our team. As a site surveyor, you will be responsible for attending daily subcontractor meetings and performing required survey setting-out lines/points for structural and architectural works.

You will need to maintain close communication with project staff and subcontractors to understand requirements, plan effectively, and meet timelines.

A key aspect of this role is ensuring accuracy in all survey setting-out lines/points, handing over work properly to other parties to minimize site errors.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for following a disciplined routine in general setting-out works according to floor framing plans, including checking formwork levels before and after casting, and verifying as-built slab levels, wall verticality, and column alignment.

You must demonstrate confidence in survey work through repeated checks and ensure all survey tasks are closed out daily to eliminate potential errors.

Additionally, you will arrange timely calibration and servicing of surveying instruments, maintaining records for audits by government agencies or internal SOP requirements.

As part of your responsibilities, you will coordinate with Licensed Land Surveyors to ensure proper AMSL and As-Built Surveys are conducted, with endorsed submissions to the authorities.

This role also involves supporting the Environmental Health & Safety program established by the Project Manager and WSHO to maintain a safe and clean site.

• Coordinating with licensed land surveyors for AMSL and as-built surveys required for submission to authorities.
• Maintaining site safety and cleanliness in line with EHS programs set by the PM and WSHO.
• Exploring new surveying methods and tools to improve accuracy and productivity.
• Assisting with additional project-related tasks to support cost-saving efforts.
• Mentoring new land surveyors to ensure smooth team integration and minimal disruption to site progress.

The ideal candidate should have:

• A certificate or diploma in land surveying, civil engineering, or a related field.
• Relevant experience in construction site surveying will be an advantage.
• Familiarity with site safety and documentation procedures.

• Singapore Based (Office at City Hall, Working Site: Jurong West area)
• 5 Days work per week (Monday - Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm, Saturday may need work half day if work required (can claim OT)

• Conduct joint site measurements with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.

Project Coordinator Surveyor

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading, managing and coordinating all site-based surveying activities.

• Establish accurate survey points and levels across the project site.
