Responsibilities include monitoring the condition of the showflat and sales office, managing customer feedback, and delivering quality service to purchasers. They will handle the processing of commission payments to property agencies, support administrative tasks related to Temporary Occupation Permit (T.O.P.) and handover procedures, and coordinate and manage homeowners' defect-related issues.

- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with building standards, focusing on security, safety, and cleanliness.

- Respond promptly to service requests, feedback, and complaints from tenants and stakeholders, fostering positive relationships and resolving issues efficiently.

- Collaborate with colleagues to develop strategies for improving operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and employee engagement.

- Degree or Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical), Real Estate, Building, or Facilities/Estate Management.

- Certifications such as Fire Safety Manager and SCEM are advantageous, but not essential.

- WSQ training in Site Incident Controller (SIC) and Emergency Response Team (ERT) will be beneficial.

- At least 2 years of relevant working experience in facilities, property, or building operations, with a proven track record of success.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
