Job Responsibilities

· Deal Sourcing & Screening

· Proactively source potential acquisition and divestment opportunities

· Conduct preliminary deal evaluation, including high-level financial assessment.

· Maintain and update deal pipeline tracker and follow-up logs.

· Market Research & Intelligence

· Monitor real estate market trends, policy changes, and macroeconomic indicators with a focus on Singapore, Australia, Indonesia, and China.

· Prepare periodic market intelligence reports to support strategic planning and senior management decisions.

· Benchmark competing assets and track transaction comparable across key markets.

· Financial Analysis & Modelling

· Build and update financial models to assess project feasibility, IRR/NPV, and scenario sensitivity.

· Assist in the preparation of business cases, investment memos, and board papers.

· Support valuation reviews, including reconciling third-party reports and internal assumptions.

· Transaction Support

· Coordinate with legal, finance, asset management, and external consultants during due diligence and documentation stages.

· Help prepare presentations, executive summaries, and documentation for internal approvals.

· Assist with drafting term sheets and monitoring timelines/deliverables in transaction processes.

· Asset/Portfolio Reporting

· Support ongoing portfolio review exercises and analysis of asset performance.

· Help prepare regular reporting to management on project status, pipeline activity, and market updates.

· Administrative & Coordination Tasks

· Organise meetings, site visits, and conference calls with stakeholders.

· Maintain deal files, data rooms, and supporting documents.
