Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Services and Support Manager, you are responsible for supporting all activities related to flight operation services & support as well as to improve customers' flight expertise, operation safety standard and achieve high customer satisfaction for the Asia Pacific region. You will maximize opportunities for flight operation services to contribute to the company's overall services and support revenue.
You will be responsible for the following but not limited to:
- Develop and implement processes for the activities of flight operations following the lean philosophy and Embraer Excellence in Customer Experience.
- Promote and stimulate operators to participate in the annual EOC, EEOC and F2F meetings to streamline communication, and improve operators' knowledge and flight safety conditions.
- Support Embraer Air Safety Representative in issues related to Air Safety and Embraer produced aircrafts (ESOM Meetings and incident / accident investigation).
- Conduct new aircraft flight operation EIS (Entry Into Services) for the Asia Pacific region, assuring the accomplishment of contractual obligations related to flight operations support and services.
- Keep all the flight licenses and medical certificates updated (applicable for different authorities if necessary, e.g. ANAC, FAA and CAAC).
- Establish and develop good relationship with the various Civil Aviation Authorities to guarantee a healthy and safe operation environment.
- Develop a high level flight operation standard for operations and training of the Embraer products and services.
We are seeking to hire a professional with a Bachelor in Aviation, Engineering or related fields and has a valid Pilot License with Type Rating.
Requirements:
- Has at least 7 years of experience in flight operations, airlines, OEM pilot instructor or OEM flight operations engineer.
- Has Pilot-in-Command (PIC) experience for Embraer Products.
- Results and customer oriented.
- Able to build and maintain interpersonal relationships.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Availability for international travels (50%).
- Fluent in English.
- Proficient in Portuguese (for communication with Headquarters office in Brazil).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.

The Flight Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of flight operations to ensure safety, compliance, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness. This role involves coordinating flight crews, liaising with regulatory authorities, monitoring operational performance, and ensuring that all flights meet company and aviation regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:

- Comfortable working with operational and technical documentation and procedures.
- Good oral and written communication skills in English and Mandarin.
- Comprehensive knowledge of aviation regulations and operational procedures (FAA, Cayman, San Marino preferred)
- Proven experience in managing pre-flight, in-flight, and post-flight operational activities, including dispatch, organization, and quality management
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and flight planning/operational software.
- High attention to detail, strong leadership, excellent organizational skills, ability to multi-task, work independently, and make effective decisions under pressure.
