Job Description
• Location: Canberra/Woodlands
• Working hours: 08:50 to 17:30 (Monday to Friday)

Admin Executive (Shipping documents, North)
Job responsibilities:
- Process orders and oversee general clerical and administrative duties
- Manage and send accounting-related documents, focusing on administrative tasks
- Issue Statements of Account (SOA) and monitor stock levels
- Handle export shipments and prepare necessary documentation
- Assist with recruitment and various HR-related tasks as required
- Perform bookkeeping tasks
- Support accounting functions, including preparing and managing monthly transactions such as accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliation, expense claims, petty cash, and communicating with customers regarding overdue payments
- Manage order processing efficiently
- Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Managing Director (MD)
- Carry out general administrative tasks, including supporting sales teams, data entry, and answering phone calls
Job Requirements:
- Working experience in the Manufacturing/Trading of food
- Proficient in English and Mandarin (listening/speaking/writing) is essential to communicate with English and Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
- Energetic, willing to learn, and enjoy multi-tasking
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Having an experience in working in small setups
- Basic administration skills
- Good team player
