Job Description:
- Visually inspect packages for damage and sign for deliveries from vendors (e.g., UPS, FedEx, DHL, etc.).
- Count and verify material against packing sheets, maintain receiving logs, and update transfer functions in RAMCO. Match products with generated travelers and deliver documents to QA Inspection.
- Maintain receiving logs for all receipts and initiate damaged material claims when needed.
- Scan copies of the Packing List, QA documents, and Receipt Traveler daily.
- Generate Commercial Invoice/Packing List once final QA inspection is completed and product is certified.
- Pack repaired LRUs/parts and materials for shipment; generate airway bills and arrange transportation.
- Handle shipping of Strategic Goods, including permit application and export arrangements with FedEx.
- Receive and ship products according to production schedules.
- Send shipping acknowledgment emails to customers.
Requirements:
- GCE 'O'/'A' Level, ITE, or Diploma qualification.
- Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in shipping and receiving.
- Knowledge of international shipping procedures and Incoterms.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with shipping software (e.g. DHL, FedEx, UPS).
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Experience with Oracle is an advantage (not mandatory).
