General Roles and Responsibilities:

· Lead a team of service champions to prioritize safety by enforcing Shell policies and procedures, fostering a culture of safety awareness, and ensuring a safe working environment

· Oversee day-to-day operations at the petrol station to maintain efficiency and productivity

· Monitor and ensure that service champions' uniforms are clean, worn properly, and meet Shell Uniform standards to uphold a professional image

Responsibilities
Shift Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers get a fast, accurate, friendly experience and that the restaurant meets McDonald’s standards for Quality, Service and Cleanliness. A Shift Manager provides leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to ensure great Quality, Service and Cleanliness to customers.
