Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation, customization, and optimization of ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, and CMDB solutions.
- Conduct process workshops to align ITSM and ITOM frameworks with business requirements.
- Design and implement Service Catalog workflows, ITIL processes, and integrations with external systems.
- Ensure solutions align with ServiceNow best practices and industry standards.
- Extend the ServiceNow data model to support ITSM, CMDB, and CSDM requirements.
- Provide 2nd/3rd level support, troubleshooting, debugging, and enhancements using JavaScript and server-side development.
