Job Responsibilities:
Service Target of S$10,000.00 per month
Provide after sales service support to existing client base to include in house/onsite -service, training, installation, demo's, commissioning for our range of products.
coordinate with clients, consultants, main/subcontractors and suppliers on all service operational issues
Advise and train customers on basic Operation and Maintenance techniques
To ensure workshop safety, including proper handling of equipment and working tools.
Meeting Environment Health and Safety requirements
Assist Sales Manager with project technical support, sample making and site visits.
Provide timely reports as required.
Experience :
ITE or Diploma, University - In Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
Fresh to 3 years work experience
Experience in Industrial Dot Pin Markers, Print & Apply, Laser & Ink Jet printers is an advantage
Class 3 Driving Licence
Singaporean's or PR's only as no vacancy for S-Pass or Work Permits
