Job Description
- Responsible for processing of customer enquiry through emails and phone calls & liaise with customers on their service enquiries
- Provide information in answer to inquiries about accounts, products and services to the customers and must interact with them
- Able to generate sales from customers' enquiries
- Liaise with customers on fulfillment discrepancies
- Handling and resolve customer complaints concerning billing rendered or services
- Answer the questions of the customers related to the services or products and the maintenance or operation of the organization
- Must ensure effective customer service by coordinating service requirements of the customer with other appropriate departments as necessary
- Proper planning on allocation of service engineer for job assigned as well as accurate records and timely mode.

- Taking extreme care when assigned engineers onboard executing jobs
- Spare used by engineers onboard must always be approved by customers.
- Take responsibility to finalize jobs once engineers with reports
Job Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in Electronic & Electrical
- Minimum 3 years working experience in Marine Industry.
- Existing Service Engineer shall be promoted (Indoor promotion) to Service Coordinator after 2 years' service with the Company.
- Leadership skill on allocation of Service Engineer for job assigned

The Service Coordinator has three primary roles:
Responsible, from start to the end, for the execution of service jobs by the service engineers (repairs, trouble shooting, installation, maintenance on navigation and communication equipment) on behalf of the customers of Thawe Marine.
Responsible for the quality, progress and the outcome of service provided to the customer.
Stretched function as assigned by the Service Manager.
Summary of key responsibilities
Proactively respond to customer inquiries and customer complaints and seek permanent solutions.
Responsible for taking over all Job projects after the Purchase Order confirmation is done.
Responsible for distribution of Jobs to service engineer or outsourcing of the jobs if our own engineers are not available.
In consultation with Sales Manager and Service Engineers, Responsible for the spares status for all equipment and ensure availability of all spares required for successfully completing all the jobs and avoid losing any jobs due to lack of spares.
Create daily service schedules and, in cooperation with the Sales Managers, assign them to the engineering service teams.
To ensure that all jobs are done on time and as per customer requirements.
Represent Thawe Marine in the best way possible regarding performance, attitude, safety, quality and customer service.
Achieve the highest levels of quality, performance and customer satisfaction while coordinating service jobs on behalf of Thawe Marine customers.
Coordinate with the Sales Manager and the Finance team to ensure accurate invoices of customers with due regard to the profitability expectations of Thawe Marine
Review, periodically, the service reports submitted by the service engineering team and, whenever possible, offer suggestions for improvements.
Responsible for replying to technical queries from clients.
