Role Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Service Consultant to deliver exceptional customer service by evaluating and advising on vehicle requirements, acting as the primary liaison between customers and the workshop team, and ensuring timely completion of repairs.
About Us
- We support the transition from ICE vehicles to EVs.
- Our Workshop is equipped with hybrid equipment for repairing and resolving hybrid car batteries.
- We expand as an Authorised Reporting Centre and Authorised Workshop for more insurers.
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer care, warmly welcoming customers and understanding their vehicle needs.
- Accurately document and explain recommended services, repairs, and benefits to customers.
- Follow up proactively with customers to update them on vehicle status and ensure satisfaction.
- Resolve customer complaints promptly and effectively to maintain high satisfaction levels.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum NITEC in a related course with at least 2 years of relevant experience in the automotive field.
- Equivalent professional certification holders with relevant experience are welcomed too.
