As a Customer Service Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support and ensuring a seamless experience for our valued clients. In this full-time position, you will be the face of our company, interacting with customers via phone, email, and chat to resolve inquiries and address concerns.
What you'll be doing
- Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a friendly, professional, and timely manner
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, escalating complex matters to appropriate team members when necessary
- Accurately document all customer interactions and maintain detailed records
- Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and suggest process improvements
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to continuously develop your skills and knowledge
