Role Summary
As a Trainer in our Programmes Department, you will play a pivotal role in delivering engaging, effective training sessions to early childhood educators and children. You will represent Preschool Market at schools and community events across Singapore, inspiring a love for learning and supporting best practices in early childhood education. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct interactive training sessions and workshops for preschool educators, children, and parents, both onsite and offsite.
- Develop, adapt, and implement training materials that align with Preschool Market's educational standards and values.
- Foster positive, supportive learning environments that encourage participation, creativity, and growth.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and provide feedback for continuous programme improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless programme delivery.
- Represent Preschool Market at community events, school visits, and outreach initiatives, requiring local travel.
- Stay updated on best practices and trends in early childhood education to ensure high-quality training delivery.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to engage and inspire children and adults.
- Passion for working with young children and supporting their development.
- Willingness and enthusiasm to travel to various preschools and event locations in Singapore.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience as a trainer, educator, or facilitator in early childhood settings.
- Proficiency in developing training resources or curriculum design.
- Multilingual abilities or experience working with diverse communities.
- Familiarity with STEAM or play-based learning approaches.

- Maintains the physical classroom spaces to make sure they present a professional and friendly environment.
- Responsible for training materials upkeep, making sure that everything is ready and available when end users come to class.
- Work with different skill levels of adult learners

- Conduct user needs assessment and evaluate knowledge retention
