We are seeking a highly skilled Child and Adolescent Mental Health Therapist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering evidence-based psychological interventions to children and adolescents who are experiencing emotional, behavioral, or social difficulties.

Key Responsibilities:

• To develop and implement individual or group therapy plans that cater to the unique needs of each child or adolescent.
• To conduct comprehensive assessments to identify areas of strength and need, and to inform the development of tailored intervention strategies.
• To provide ongoing support and guidance to children and their families, promoting healthy coping mechanisms and positive relationships.
• To collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and effective communication.
• To maintain accurate and detailed records of all interactions, assessments, and interventions.

Qualifications:

• Masters or PhD in Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 5 years of experience working with children and adolescents in a mental health setting.
• Registered psychologist with a recognized professional body or organization.
• Proven expertise in conducting risk assessments for suicide and self-harm, as well as administering mental health assessments for children and adolescents.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with children, adolescents, and their families from diverse backgrounds.

• Provide customer service including registration/screening of patients, queue management, preparation and dispensing of medications, invoicing and collection of payment.
• Answer inquiries from patients and others via phone calls, messages and emails while rendering excellent patient care and customer service.
• Perform and/or assisting the doctor with cosmetic, surgical, and medical procedures
• Evaluating clients' beauty needs
• Providing facial and body treatments.
• Performing various massage techniques on clients' faces, and back.
• Work in a team with the rest of the staff to ensure that the clinic environment is clean and welcoming for patients
• Administrative duties such as claims submissions and other forms of paperwork

Requirements

• No medical experience required
• Comfortable with technology, computer applications and modern software
• Applicants with phlebotomy skills, wound management experience, clinical aesthetics experience and/or nursing certification will have an added advantage
• Relevant qualification in Cosmetic or Beauty Therapy is an added advantage
• Able to work 5.5 days / 44 hours per week (1 weekend off)
