Expected to work in both branches (Tampines and Holland Village)

Technician (E&I)

• Responsible for maintenance and repair services of electrical & Instrument manufacturing systems.
• Evaluates, selects and orders equipment that is most appropriate and cost effective for the manufacture of company products.
• Oversees the installation, modification, upgrade and maintenance of manufacturing equipment.
• Monitors, repairs and maintains production equipment to ensure continuous production.
• Provides instrument and/ or electrical repair.
• Responsible for repair, preventative maintenance, data management, project support, control support and ISO audits support.
• Studies equipment performance and reliability.
• Establishes programs and solutions for increasing uptime and for equipment problems that affect the manufacturing process.
• Defines and writes preventative maintenance schedules.
• Responsible for equipment and instrumentation calibration and maintenance (corrective, preventive, predictive) of plant manufacturing and warehouse equipment in comply with the Site Safety and GMP procedures.
• Responsible for execution of work order and record job performed via MAXIMO system.
• Assist for writing Job Aids and support Engineer in SOP writing, CCA or ER investigation.
• Manage and lead contractor, vendors and service providers to perform maintenance works.
• Lead and take part in continuous improvement efforts/ projects.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Pharmaceutical/ Food/ Petrochemical/ Chemical/ Nutritional or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge on lean six sigma, kaizen and Kanban is an advantage.

Education:

ITC/ NITEC/ Diploma in Electrical & Instrumentation or related discipline or GCE "N/ O/ A" Level with more than 3 years of experience.

• Perform standby / duty to attend to system fault during or after office hours, weekends and public holidays when needed.
• Minimise all facilities, building and services downtime during operation.
• Log, update and maintain all facilities, building and services spare parts, tools and instruments.
• To be able to work under sub-zero environment and no phobia of heights.
• To inform immediate superiors/duty personnels for all faults/alarms/abnormalities for all systems.
• To learn and maintain any other new/additional systems not mentioned above as assigned by Head of Department.
• Perform any other ad hoc duties assigned by Head of Department.

Job Requirement:

• Nitec/Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• At least 3 years’ relevant experience in manufacturing industry
• Hands-on and strong technical competencies in equipment maintenance
• Must be physically fit, no colour blind and height phobia
• Ability to work under pressure and tight schedules
• Willingness to perform shift work, 5 days workweek

• Reports to Precast Supervisor / Manager
• Responsible for Rebar works for segment fabrication
• Carpentry works for formworks of fabrication activities for the pre-cast yard
• Concreting and concrete repair works in the precast yard

Job requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of precast segment experience in big scale infrastructure viaduct/roads/highway projects in Singapore
• Past experience in Precast yard (viaduct segments) is mandatory for this position
• Experience in a Pre-cast yard for Architectural projects (Buildings or HDB) is LESS preferred
• Experts of Rebar, Steel Fabrication
• Highly skilled carpentry for formworks and other woodworks
• Experts in concrete pouring works and repairs of the same as necessary
• Willing to commit to night shift work (segments production)

Position: Field Technicians

Work Timings:

• Full-Time: 5 Days from Monday to Sunday including Public holidays, 7 AM to 4 PM, SGD 3,000/Monthly

Responsibilities:

• Trapping and surveillance and post-trapping species identification.
• Arrange for vehicle logistics including maintenance, servicing, and regular checks of release and transport van.
• Follow a schedule of field release of Verily reared mosquitoes at release sites.
• Conduct community engagement with residents around mosquito field trials, following the guidelines of Verily.
• This role involves a lot of walking, as you'll be releasing mosquitoes across various levels of blocks of flats from 7:00 AM to 12:00 PM.

Requirements:

• A valid Class 3 driving license is preferred for this role.

• Responsible to carry out installations, commissioning, decommissioning and attend breakdowns as required.
• To Perform all mechanical or electrical installation tasks in support of new and existing TC machinery working from engineering drawings or schematics
• This will include equipment such as a Chiller, Aircon, Air handler, dehumidifier, pumps and heat exchanger.
• Troubleshoot machinery failure or breakdown (mechanical and electrical) and to perform remedial action while referring to equipment manuals or electrical schematics
• Strip down and report the condition of a wide range of equipment as stated earlier. To advise on spare parts and to rebuild to a high standard.
• Assemble and operate all equipment which includes all the TC equipment’s.
• Able to use a variety of analog and digital measurement equipment for electrical and mechanical parameter measurements.
• Liaise with internal / external customers of work-in-progress, including feedback of possible delays or conflict of priorities.
• Maintain work area in a clean and safe manner at all times to prevent any incidents/accidents.
• Knowledge on Temperature Control equipment’s, its function and other technical parameters.
• Experience in installation, troubleshooting and repairing of temperature control equipment.
• Experience in transformers and generators.
• Higher NITEC / Diploma (Mechanical/ Electrical or Mechatronics Engineering)

The incumbent will be based in one of the Public Health Institutions .

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist pharmacist in administrative work for controlled drugs.
• Delivery of controlled drugs and high alert medications and topping up to AMCs at end user locations: OTs, clinics and centres.
• Work closely with end users in managing inventory in AMCs, expiry date monitoring and removal of expiring stocks from AMCs.
• On the job training in warehouse management system and eProc to support procurement and replenishment.
• Conduct routine audit check at non-pharmacy drug storage areas, Major OT.
• Maintain some departmental reports and collate statistical data as required.

Requirements

• Min. Diploma in Pharmaceutical Science or related discipline with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
