Responsibilities
Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts (manual and automated).
Collaborate with developers to define test strategies and ensure product quality.
Identify, track, and report defects, ensuring timely resolution.
Perform functional, regression, and performance testing.
Prepare test reports and suggest improvements to enhance product reliability
Requirements
Degree in Computer Engineering/ Electrical & Electronics Engineering/ Software Engineering
2 years working experience.
Strong knowledge in various testing methodologies
Experience in Test planning, Test development, Test execution, Test reporting, Test result analysis and Test closure
Creation and maintenance of test cases/procedures based on requirements.
Extensive experience in conducting System Testing, Functional Testing, Non-functional Testing and Regression Testing
Experience working in a fast-paced environment working with multiple products and/or projects concurrently

• Proficient in coding and scripting languages (Java(Kotlin) /C++ /Python, etc.) with strong software design and system design abilities.
• At least 3 years of experience building distributed search systems using middleware (like Kafka, PostgreSQL or Elastic Search) and have hands on experience on managing, maintaining and tuning event pipeline

Technology Lead Key Responsibilities:

•Support Private Banking production for any issue with infrastructure environments

Responsibilities
Support Audiology Team in administrative, operational and clinical duties:
Check hearing aid inventory stock
tally invoice amount and record update
Ensure timely stock delivery, follow up with vendor and Audiologists when needed
Raise payment request for Audiology department purchases
Identify invoice discrepancy and follow up with relevant parties for adjustments (e.g. PSA, Business Office, vendor, patient)
Work with IT department for Audiology software installations and raise IT ticket when needed
Maintain department asset list, equipment preventive maintenance record
Assist in claim submissions and audit checking
Attend to patients
Handle Audiology queries and call for rescheduling when needed
Triage patients who are referred for Audiology services
Upload vendor reports onto hospital system (EPIC)
Conduct basic audiological assessment (on the job training provided)
Perform daily Audiology equipment check before daily clinic operation
Perform Pure Tone Audiometry and Tympanometry
Upload results onto hospital system (EPIC)

What You’ll Be Doing
Recruiting exceptional A-Players to join Revolut’s rapidly growing teams
Collaborating with hiring managers and stakeholders to create the ideal candidate profile
Developing and refining interview processes that enhance our assessment quality and optimise candidate experience
Being a trusted talent acquisition advisor with a solid understanding of the talent pool
Facilitating a pipeline of qualified candidates for future needs
Screening CVs and interviewing prospective candidates, promoting Revolut as an employer of choice
Driving the offer process and closing candidates
Consistently ensuring a fantastic candidate experience
Being a subject-matter expert in your specialist market
Implementing modern sourcing/recruiting methods
What You’ll Need
3+ years of experience as a Technical Recruiter
Experience hiring software engineering roles (both IC and manager levels)
A proven track record of delivering results in a dynamic, high-growth environment, meeting ambitious timelines and KPIs
Experience collaborating with senior stakeholders and hiring managers
Technical acumen
Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new domains, supporting cross‐functional recruitment efforts
Solid organisational, multi‐tasking, and time‐management skills
Familiarity with ATS and recruitment analytics tools
Strong problem‐solving skills with excellent attention to detail
High ambition, self‐motivation, and passion about our vision
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
Fluency in English
Nice to have
Experience in a recruitment agency, hyper‐growth start‐up, and/or fintech
Fluency in other languages
