About the Role:

Defining Programme Strategy

  • Support the Client Services team to deep dive into our client's briefs and define the business challenges we need to solve.
  • Translate Project Briefs into Creative Briefs, including compelling insights and provocative, creative springboards.
  • Support development of clear measurement criteria to evaluate the effectiveness of work.
  • Be an ongoing sounding board throughout creative ideation and execution, championing the strategic integrity of GPJ's creative concepts.
  • Support project teams in crafting compelling case studies post programme.

Content Development

  • Research target audiences and brand territories to derive insights that can help inform a communications strategy to achieve brand objectives.
  • Define communications and content KPIs against objectives, and measurable indicators to define success.
  • Craft and support the development of high quality content that align with a programme's messaging. This includes developing programme agendas and synopses, speaker messaging/ speaking points, presentations and video narratives.
  • Partner with creative teams, designers, and writers to bring ideas to life across visual and written formats.
  • Maintain a cohesive content strategy across various channels to achieve high levels of user engagement on assigned projects.

About you

  • 2 - 3 years' experience in a similar role for an agency, consultancy, or internal client
  • Able to understand complex strategic marketing projects across different channels, and articulate the thinking and ideas that will answer the clients brief.
  • Confident in a range of research methodologies to unearth surprising insights to fuel creative thinking.
  • Able to derive insights from past marketing activities to define objectives and optimisation opportunities for current and future marketing strategies.
  • Capable of understanding complex strategic marketing projects across different channels.
  • Holistic approach to the marketing mix and integrating live, experiential, and digital platforms/communication ideas.
  • Demonstrate excellent knowledge of social platforms and remain current in knowledge.
  • Finger on the pulse when it comes to the latest business, consumer, and industry trends
  • Innate passion for storytelling, creativity, and human behaviour.
  • Ability to manage and execute multiple projects simultaneously within deadlines and manage time and priorities effectively within a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills across formats.
  • Strong presentation and persuasion skills.
