Job Overview
We are seeking a highly responsible and experienced
Senior Security Officer
to lead our security operations across the company premises. This role is crucial in ensuring the safety of personnel, assets, and property by overseeing all security protocols, coordinating emergency responses, and supervising a dedicated team of security officers. The successful candidate will manage daily operations at both
Gate A and Gate B , with
Gate B functioning as the Master Control Room (MCR) . You will be the point of contact for internal management, law enforcement, and external contractors, ensuring full compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Supervision & Leadership
Lead, supervise, and coordinate a team of security officers across both gates.
Ensure proper shift coverage, conduct briefings, and monitor performance.
Provide ongoing training and guidance to security personnel.
Security Operations & Procedures
Develop and implement security procedures and protocols.
Monitor access control systems, CCTV, alarms, and other security infrastructure.
