This is a hybrid position where you'll work with the team in our Singapore head office 3 days / week and optional WFH on Monday & Friday.
What you'll be doing.- Working directly with your AE partners to jointly develop your assigned territory, with targeted strategies and relevant account plans
- Outbound lead/opportunity generation and nurturing activities within your assigned territory in accounts with 3,000+ employees
- Engaging in meaningful introductory value-based conversations with both business and IT executives within prospective clients
- Executing against proven sales processes to generate interest and new sales opportunities Managing the early stages of the sales process, including qualification, to ensure proper engagement with field sales and quality pipeline creation
- Mapping prospective accounts around organizational structure, people and existing technology to find where our solutions fit within their environment
- Leveraging CRM/Sales tools to create, manage, and strategically align early stage opportunities, in conjunction with your AE partners
- May be asked to perform other duties as required
- 2+ years of experience in Business Development/Inside Sales, with proven success in generating high-quality opportunities and driving prospective customer interactions in the Enterprise space
- Eagerness to pick up the phone, make calls, and drive outbound activity, combined with the professional tact to communicate with executives at some of the largest companies in the world
- Excellent writing skills that demonstrate professionalism and compelling reasoning
- An intellectual curiosity and keenness to learn about critical issues facing global companies
- Ability to take the initiative to get things done and maintain a high level of organization
- A desire to win through the closing of team sales and revenue generation
