- Manage end-to-end recruitment process from advertising, selection, negotiation to offers.
- Proactive talent searches and building comprehensive talent pools to source the industry's best
- Utilize various tools/resources to effectively evaluate talents and ensure company is selecting highly qualified and engaged professionals to join the organization
- Manage a consistent, high volume flow of qualified candidates through active and passive recruitment methods.
