Roles & Responsibilities

EV-Electric (EVe) Charging Pte Ltd is Singapore's leading EV charging solutions provider, a wholly owned subsidiary of Land Transport Authority (LTA), tasked with managing Electrical Vehicle (EV) charger deployment for carparks across the island and supporting electrical infrastructure upgrades.

You will review and develop short-term and long-term plans for EV charging ecosystem as well as electrical infrastructure upgrades. The projects may include but are not limited to:

· Conduct planning studies and develop strategic roadmap to drive and optimise deployment of electric vehicle charging systems and electrical infrastructure upgrades, including strategies for future scaling up scope, schedule and analyse impact on relevant stakeholders

· Monitor and research technology innovations and disruptors which may improve efficacy, or cause infrastructure obsolescence, and develop technological roadmap to guide EVe's future strategies

· Identify gaps in customer service journey, develop plans to improve lot optimisation, customer experience touchpoints and interoperability of charging network

The job scope includes the following:

· Conceptualise strategic planning initiatives (such as the projects above) with implementable timelines and follow-ups

· Develop and track workplans and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders

· Research and monitor EV Charging technology and trends, assess applications and scalability, develop frameworks to trial new technologies

· Work with Business Development team in implementation and operationalisation of the initiatives

· Generate new insights to improve customer experience and work processes

· Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

· Bachelor's Degree in any field

· At least 3 years of working experience in Strategic Planning, Business Development/Analysis, relevant job experience in EV/EV charging industry is preferred

· Keen interest in urban planning and sustainability works, especially EV and its charging infrastructure

· Strong analytical and planning skills, with the ability to interpret data and trends and generate actionable insights

· Excellent communication (both written and verbal) and presentation skills

· Proactive, resourceful and able to multi-task

About The Job

The Assistant Manager/Manager (Project Management), Campus Development, reports to the Deputy Director, Campus Development, and is responsible for the project management duties related to the development of SUSS's new flagship campus. The scope of works includes end-to-end management of the project from inception, procurement of services and works, construction, handover, to post-construction activities. The Assistant Manager/Manager (Project Management) will need to work closely with various internal and external stakeholders and manage the time, cost and quality aspects of the project to achieve the desired outcomes.

What You Will Be Doing

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide overall project management support, which encompasses fund management, procurement, design development, consultancy and construction contracts management, commissioning and project handover
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders and appointed project consultants on user requirements for the SUSS campus development project.
  • Liaise and coordinate with consultants and contractors and monitor the timeliness of their deliverables for the implementation of the project.
  • Support in setup, implementation and management of Electronic Information Management System (EIMS) to be developed for the campus development project.
  • Assist in handling and managing project data and information, including organising data for analysis and management reporting, ensuring proper documentation and filing for future records.
  • Monitor and update project programme and progress, including dashboard development and control for management reporting.
  • Assist in the development of a Building Information Modeling (BIM) framework for the campus development project and oversee the implementation in the project itself.
  • Undertake any other tasks or responsibilities as required in the course of work.
Job Requirements
  • A recognised Degree in Building/Architecture/Engineering or relevant Degree from a recognised University with at least 6 years of relevant working experience as Project Manager preferably in public/developer organisations or consulting firms.
  • Relevant experience in project management.
  • Knowledge of public sector procurement framework and policies.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and positive working attitude.
  • Good writing, communication and presentation skills.
  • Meticulous and capable of working independently to resolve issues and challenges.
  • Strong time management and work well under pressure.

  • Create Purchase Requestion (PR) as per PM inputs in the SAP system and work with SCM team for the release of PO.
  • Prepare commercial invoices and Packing list based on details received from various factories and based on contractual break up and T &C. Discuss with factories/supplier for the detail packing list, packaging detail, no of cases/consignment. Discuss with customers and get approval. Final Commercial Invoice and Packing list to be shared with T& L and closely work with them for timely shipment.
  • Prepare Shipping Mark based on contract/discussion with customer and share it with factories and ensure shipping Mark is fully sticked in each case and get all photos from factory.
  • Prepare Delivery Order (DO) & co-ordinate with logistics for dispatches/deliveries to customers.
  • Store /maintain PO, Order acknowledgement, Detail packing list, packaging detail. Shipping documents. B/L, Proof of Deliveries (POD) in the share point.
  • Check any additional documents needed from factories for issuing customer invoices.
  • Assist in providing the supporting documents related to dispatches for issuing invoice.
  • Warranty handling: Arranging material dispatch to customer during warranty period. Coordinate with customers related to warranty material
  • Arranging documentation for returning Goods during warranty period.
  • Support project controller with documents related shipping /service done.
  • Support PM's on project documentation, reconciliation activities, time sheet compilation and other project documentation and other reporting.
  • Support PM in the OPQ SAP entries and follow up activities.
  • Ensure compliance of Company procedures/principles
  • Various Ad hoc activities

Additional Task:

  • SAP Order entry, Project Entry, Invoicing activities.

Requirements:

  • Min. GCE 'A' Level/Diploma/Degree and/or Professional Certificate Course.
  • 2-3 years experience of similar work.
  • Experience in the marine/offshore/drilling field /shipbuilding/Oil&gas/Power Plants is preferred.
  • He/She should possess strong communication, Team player, multi-tasking skills.
  • Fully conversant with standard MS Office tools, MS Teams, MS Project while experience in SAP R/3 PS module.
  • Excellent technical English writing and verbal skills.

Manager, Strategic Planning Job Purpose

This position will report to Senior Manager, Strategic Planning and will be expected to assist Trains to establish, manage and maintain Trains’ plans in line with business objectives and intended outcomes and results. This is key to ensuring that SMRT Trains continue to provide a safe & reliable railway service and in a sustainable manner to support all the organisational objectives.

The role will also be responsible to identify strategic needs of Trains to enhance service delivery and functional performance; as well as review the interests of stakeholders and identify how it should be addressed in Trains’ plans, policies and implementation of actions.

Responsibilities
  • Implement work plan process and cascade Trains’ strategy focus to all Trains Divisions
  • Guide Trains Divisions to draw up Division work plans in alignment to Trains’ strategic priorities
  • Coordinate with Corp Shared services and Trains Management to develop Trains Performance Scorecard
  • Monitor and regulatory report Trains performance to Trains Management and the Board
  • Prepare and consolidate data and presentation for internal and external key stakeholders
Qualifications & Work Experience
  • Degree and/or professional certification in a relevant discipline (e.g. Business Management, Engineering, etc)
  • Experience in managing business planning process in an operational environment would be an added advantage
Skills
  • Min 2 years of experience in an operational or management role
  • Ability to communicate effectively in writing and give presentations to all levels of staff and management in the organisation
  • Strong interpersonal skills able to build excellent working relationships
  • High degree of initiative, dependability and ability to work with minimum supervision
