Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and oversee R&D operations, manage resource allocation, including personnel, equipment, and inventory of materials and consumables.
- Monitor and improve efficiency in workflows, ensuring that schedules and outputs are delivered on time and within scope.

Responsibilities:
Operations Function:
- To ensure all contractors adhere to the stipulated requirement for waste collection (e.g. PPE, documentation etc.). This includes following up with the contractor on the collection progress, whenever necessary.
