Job Responsibilities

• Perform venepuncture for the collection of blood specimens for dispatch to the laboratory.
• Input and where necessary, refer to notes in NGEMR (EPIC)
• Sort and record all blood specimens collected and to dispatch to the Laboratory.
• Practise Universal Precautions as found in healthcare SOP throughout the procedure
• Gather feedback from Clinicians, Staff and Patients on matters concerning workflow improvement.

Job Requirements:

• Min N/O/A levels and above
• Valid SNB or Phlebotomy certificate
• Able to commit Mon to Sat, 8am-1pm/ 8.30am-1.30pm
