Job Description

• Ensure proper maintenance of all golf course machinery and equipment.
• Maintain mowing equipment, ensuring it's operational and properly sharpened.
• Oversee the maintenance of golf cars, turf-mates, and all Club automotive vehicles.
• Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and follow safety protocols at all times.
• Complete scheduled maintenance tasks within the designated timeframes.
• Update repair logs on a daily basis.
• Keep work tools and areas clean, organized, and well-maintained.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Job Requirement

Qualifications

• NTC 3 or NITEC in Automotive Training

Experience

• Experience in basic servicing, maintenance, and repairs.
• Ability to work early hours (occasionally 4am), including weekends and public holidays.

Skills & Knowledge

• Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with staff and other departments.
• No experience required; training will be provided for suitable candidates.

Job Scope:

- Familiarity with engine, hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and chassis systems

- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on heavy equipment.

- Conduct fault diagnosis and minor repairs at airside apron or workshop

- Operate heavy equipment and company vehicles (requires valid Class 5 driving license)

- Support equipment recovery operations from airside gates to workshop

- Ensure proper housekeeping and upkeep of tools and work bays

- Respond to hotline calls for breakdown support

- Possess a valid Singapore Class 3 driving license

- Minimum 3 years experience in automotive, industrial, or hydraulic maintenance

- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills

- Physically fit and medically cleared for airside operations

- Advantageous: Airside pass, JCPL/MDL operational training, welding skills

• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues in heavy vehicles such as trucks, buses, and superstructure equipment
• Perform scheduled service and maintenance activities including inspections, flush and filling of engine, brake, clutch oil etc, oil filter/seal replacement, brake pads replacement, tyres replacement/rotation and component replacements
• Test and calibrate vehicle systems to meet manufacturer specifications
• Usage of diagnostic tools, special tools, equipment to ensure accurate and effective repair works
• Maintain detailed records of all repairs and maintenance activities
• Collaborate with the engineering team to identify and implement process improvements
• Ensure adherence to all relevant safety regulations and company policies

• Technical qualification in heavy vehicle

Job Description

• Perform daily repair and maintenance of equipment on site. Works closely with your team in order to get the job done in a proper manner as soon as possible. Report to your superior after each job is done or proceed to the next job as per instructed.
• Perform weekly / monthly maintenance of equipment on site. Works closely with your team and Operations Department and update the machine conditions in case of breakdown and need to be collected back for repair and to be replaced with another machine available.
• Perform general maintenance of Company's vehicle which was assigned to you. Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of the overall vehicle. Ensure all vehicle's license are still valid and monitor vehicle's overall condition and report to your superior for any repair / servicing needed to be done for the vehicle.
• Perform parts / consumable items top-up and ensure that all items were recorded and stored properly. Make sure that all parts taken, used, unused and/or faulty parts were accountable for.
• Follow and comply with all safety rules and regulations at all times to prevent any unwanted hiccups or accidents in the workshop area and/or office in general, Customer's site area and on the road.

Qualifications

• ITE / NITEC / Higher NITEC / Diploma from Mechanical Engineering / other related major with minimum 3 years experiences in handling diesel engine repair and maintenance at site or those who has experience working in similar rental industries is desirable.
• Meticulous person with a good communications skill for dealing with people from diverse background.
